How many 5 star reviews are about a deal not working out?

I'm sure this is rare but I always give credit where its due and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience with Caleb from the moment I first inquired about a vehicle. Even though the stars didn't align and the numbers didn't work out for me, I would still choose to do business with Paramount over any other dealership around. To put it in perspective, I visited another local dealership that I've done business with for 13 years, and my parents many years before that. I was even employed there for a while.. and I still received better service from Caleb in comparison to what I experienced at the other place. My situation was not ideal and I knew from the beginning it was going to be a hard switch if I was even able to do anything at all. I feel very confident that Caleb and the finance dept did everything in their power to give me the best possible deal. It just didn't work out on my end.. and there was nothing they could do about that. Caleb was professional, informative, and left no question unanswered. When I'm in the market again, my first stop (and hopefully only stop) will be with him.

Great experience

I had a great experience with Randy Rosenbalm. My sister in law Patti Kiefer who works there gave me Randy's contact information. Randy was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. He made the process as quick and easy as possible as he knew we were in a crunch for time. So far i love my new sorento!!

Kia Experience

I recently purchased a 2019 Kia Sorrento from Paramount Kia. This is the 2nd car that I have bought from this dealership. The price of the vehicle was very fair, and I had an excellent customer service experience. From beginning to end, the salesperson (along with everyone else with whom I came in contact during the process) was professional and helpful.

Great Experience

Everyone was very nice. This was one of the best buying experiences I have had. David, the salesman, went above and beyond. He programmed the phone and car and made sure I got both cars home. I did not trade in and had my other car with me. Randy was exceptional. He was also very nice and eager to help and explain. Great Customer Servi

My salesman went over and beyond to make sure I was riding agsin after totaling a csr4 purchased from him on January. He was knowledgeable about the car, the finance department was excellent... I would buy from them again!

Great staff and great buying process

Purchased my new Telluride. I love the car and the staff was great. Brittany my sales person was helpful and not pushy. I got the car I wanted at a fair price. The service department helped me with some technical issues I had and solved my problems quickly. I was able to text and did not have to spend a lot of time at the dealership completing the deal.

Traded in my 2015 Kia soul

I traded in my 2015 Kia soul for a 2020 Kia soul and my salesman was Nick Thomas. He was very nice and professional and helped me with all my questions I had. He had a great attitude and was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. I highly recommend when interested in purchasing a car from Paramount Kia of Hickory you ask for Nick Thomas you won't be disappointed.
