Best experience buying a car-ever

My husband and I purchased a Kia Niro. Cathy helped us step by step. She is very knowledgeable about all things Kia. While we were there we test drive a Kia Sportage as a possible addition to the Niro. We weren’t as pleased with it as we thought we would be and there was no pressure from Cathy whatsoever. And on top of everything, she is super friendly! She made us feel at home and let us know what the next step would be as the process went along. She checked in to see how we were loving the car. If you find yourself at the dealership ask for her!

Awesome!

Justin was amazing! He helped find the best new car for an amazing price! I was actually there to buy a used car but he made an awesome deal and was able to get me into my very first new car without going over budget! I highly recommend him and his team!

Great experience!

My husband and I were looking for a new SUV since we are expecting a baby in a few months. Tim Whitener helped us find the perfect car. There was no pressure to purchase and he was very professional. Probably our best car buying experience to date!

Great deal

Let me start by saying the folks at this dealership went above and beyond. I started by looking at a truck but I really wasn’t wanting to be in that price rang. I told them (Alex Huff) what price rang I wanted to stay in and he and Ms. Lowman found a vehicle all I can say is wow.

Justin was great!

My husband and I drove from Raleigh to pick up our new car. Buying a car can be a lengthy process but Justin had everything ready to go before we even arrived. He really helped streamline the process allowing us to get back to Raleigh to our two young sons. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we left happy. Everyone at Kia was so friendly and greated us with smiling faces. I would definitely recommend using Kia to anyone looking to buy a used car.

Great experience

Nick was a great guy to work with. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we bought our car it didn’t have everything installed on it yet, so instead of making us wait he personally delivered it to our house when it was ready. Overall everyone we encountered was really friendly and did everything they could to get us in the car we wanted at the price we wanted!
