Cathy Rivas is the best sales rep ever

Cathy Rivas has sold me several vehicles and also my family members. She is always pleasant and patient and only wants to make sure that you are happy with the vehicle you choose and that she enlightens you on your vehicle with the awesome knowledge that she has. This is my 6th vehicle purchased from Paramount

Way back in the late 90's when Kia wasn't as common a name as now, I purchased my first Kia for my sons high school graduation gift. I was amazed at the amount of car that you could get for so little money. Since then everytime that I am ready to buy a new car I just don't even bother to look anywhere else. The process is simple and not time consuming. My last 3 purchases were Kia Optimas. In my 2015 Optima I stopped in heavy traffic and was struck in the rear by a SUV traveling at 55-60 mph. Everyone was amazed that my wife and I walked away. The car was totalled but we lived. So My first stop was to Paramount to replace it with a 2016 Kia Optima. We got to the dealership at 1PM and left at 3Pm with our new car.

Pleasantly Pleased

When my daughter needed a vehicle, as I have thoroughly enjoyed my Kia Sorrento, there was only type of vehicle to get her...another Kia. She picked the Kia Soul. Cathy was great in helping her to get one in her price range, and one she thoroughly loved!! Cathy offered some of the best non-high pressure selling tactics. She listened to our needs and money available to spend and went to work with great enthusiasm. Cathy went to get the car for us to test drive prior to purchase, in a most horrible thunder storm, she is The Best sales rep EVER!!

2017 kia sportage

Matt angle wasy salesmen. He was absolutely wonderful and made me and my daughter feel very comfortable! He was also very informative and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him and the company to anyone that wanted or was looking for a new or used car!

A Fantastic Group of Fine Professional People who care

Matt Angle and Andy Harris and the entire Team of Paramount KIA in my opinion are A One In A Million Dealership Group not found anywhere else in this country. A Tale of Two Tims

I have been a long-time customer of this dealership. When it came time to change vehicles, I decided on a lease this time. Tim Whitener was very patient with me in giving me pertinent information on the lease program that was being offered, since I had never leased before. He brought me the vehicle that I was considering to sit in and see if I was comfortable in it and I liked it very much. At my request, he gave me price points for 10K, 12K and 15K miles per year. I asked him to give me about ten minutes to decide, which he graciously did. I chose the option was right for me. He then took me to Tim C's office to do the paperwork. As kind and as courteous as Tim W was, Tim C in Finance was not very personable. Even when I attempted chit-chat, he was very aloof. Good thing was, my paperwork was done quickly. He explained the forms well enough but he seems to be all business and not very affable. But, all in all, a good experience thanks to Tim W. Thank you so much.

I am nobody...just paid for a car.

I purchased a used vehicle here for my daughter. I paid cash for it. It was to be a surprise for her. They were not very helpful in working out a way to get the car in her name. I was willing to pay for everything then and finish the paper work after we presented it to her (2 or 3 days later) but they would not let us even take the key. So we worked a way to get her husband there to put the title in his name. So I give them a cashiers check and then was totally ignored with the exception of when the "financial officer" smarted off to me about everything being in "his name" (my son-in-law's). I mean what right did I have to expect an answer or acknowledgement....I just paid for it. My son in law was just there because they wouldn't work with us. He had nothing to do with it. I will add that the salesman, Alex, wasn't too bad. The car we purchased was nice enough. I now need to purchase a car for myself but am not planning on going back to Paramount Kia to look.

Found a great car,!

I had been looking for a new car for a few days, but had not found anything that met my needs and wants list criteria. Then I went to Paramount Kia. They were able to put me in a car that I actually liked without breaking my budget. I did not encounter any high pressure sales tactics as I had at other dealerships. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the car, and continues to check in with me to make sure that I am enjoying my new car. Thank you Matthew Angle!

Paramount Kia is awesome!!!

Awesome experience at paramount Kia!!!! Cathy was awesome!!! She worked with us and got us in a 2017 Kia Sorento!! The staff is very helpful and we felt welcome from the start!!!!! Amazing car as well!!!! So many features and I absolutely love it!!!!
