I had the pleasure of working with Joseph Figueiredo, he was respectful, calm and very professional. He show no signs of irritation or annoyance. I had a sudden issue happen with my car and it was at the end of the day on a Friday. I was so worried about being able to get my car fixed. I call and Joseph picked up. He was very helpful in answering my questions with patience. He walked me through the steps of what needed to be done. I brought the car in, he was very helpful in getting me to and from the dealer when my car was ready. This was so convenient and one less other thing to stress about. I recommend him as a service advisor to work with.
