Christmas gift surprise

The staff at Dick Scott were all so helpful in helping me surprise my wife with a new Durango for Christmas. As soon as I told Eric Roundy about my idea, he made the whole experience great. We picked a color and options and agreed on a price. Eric took care of all of the details and made our lease turn in and new vehicle delivery simple. Thank you!

Beyond our expectations!

We came in to test drive a contender for our next family vehicle. Dominic was great and got us into our dream car, which we thought was out of our reach, and gave us a great trade in value on our old car. Highly recommend Dominic and Dick Scott.

Great in and out 45 minutes for oil change and tire rotation

Called at 4:45pm and asked if I could bring my vehicle in 15 minutes to get oil change and tire rotation and Jason said it was no problem and I was out in 45 minutes.

Dick Scotts could not repair my vehicle

Repair team just ran some diagnostic report and did not repair the vehicle for what I brought it in for. Totally waste of time and very much dis-satisfied. Service staff will never book a appointment, took 3 months to finally bring my vehicle in for a warranty repair and that too they said they did not have a rental car available. I wasted 3 days of back and forth visits with this dealership with no favorable outcome.

I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. Good customer service, Holly was great. I got my new jeep compass in no time. My first time owning a jeep and I already love it.
