Ford Escape

Duane, Keith and Tony made buying a car a fun process. They were very knowledgable about the cars they were selling and helped make our decision simple. They gave us a great price right away as well.

Worth The Drive!!!

I live in St. Louis, MO and was in Kansas City on business and stopped by the dealership to "just look" to kill some time. Keith Koenigsgorf greeted me and we instantly struck up a comfortable relationship and I drove off in a new 2014 Explorer. Brian Phillips got all the paper work put together in no time and I was on my way home. I have to say I have never enjoyed dealing on cars, especially when it comes to trading. I have been a Volvo owner for 20+ years but I have never experienced a level of comfort as I did at Rob Sight Ford. Bobby Sight came and introduced himself. I truly felt as if I was more than just a customer. I will drive back to Kansas City when my wife is ready to retire her Volvo. The 240 mile drive was definitely worth it. All my friends will know my car came from Rob Sight Ford!

Best car buying experience EVER

Bobby Sight- This guy is the real deal. He is very knowledgable when it comes to the cars and their technology, and he gave me a great tutorial on how to use my new explorer. Bobby made the car buying process very easy and he was very straightforward. This may sound cliche, but he truly did treat me like family. I am extremely glad that I worked with Bobby, and if you give him a chance, I know you will feel the same way. I will be sending many more customers to Bobby Sight at Rob Sight Ford. Tony Wright- Very seldom do you meet a guy as genuine and down to earth as Tony Wright. This guy stayed late on his birthday to help finish the deal on my explorer! I highly recommend working with Tony!

Never make good on their claims.

Same experience as the other reviews. They will shamelessly say anything but no one will actually take action or make good on what they tell you. At the time of the sale they told me I would have the title in 5 or so days. After two weeks I still did not have it. I called in twice and was told someone would get back to me. No one did. Finally after getting angry and making a lot of noise and getting transfered around and calling back again and again and again someone finally took my call and informed me that they could not send me the title because there was still a lein on it. IT WAS WAS NEVER DISCLOSED during the sale that they did not even have the title. He then told me there was nothing he could do and to talk to someone else. After more back to back calls the finance manager finally took my call and changed the story yet again. Saying they could get me the title, but he could not say when. He made a REALLY good show about how they wanted me to be happy and would even still let me fully return the car if I wanted because they did not want un-happy customers. As soon as I started asking questions about returning it though that story changed too. Then he started saying they did not have to do that, and asking why I would want to return it. It was clear he had no intention of making good on that claim either. It is now going into a third week after the sale and they most positive of all the stories I have heard so far is that I "might" have it in another week. I still do not own the car they claimed they sold me. The first payment is now coming due on a car I do not even own, and it is far from clear if I will ever actually own it.

Michael Taylor - Great Experience!

I had a great experience not only with Rob Sight but with Michael Taylor. He was extremely helpful and very patient. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and Michael Taylor at Rob Sight made it a smooth and easy process. I highly recommend Rob Sight for anyone looking for a used vehicle!!

Ford F-150
