The Bob Allen Ford team took care of my tire and serviced my vehicle as expected. Vehicle was towed in a timely manner by Ford Roadside Assistance. Great experience.

Other dealership couldn't find problem

We had taken our 2012 F150 to another local Ford dealership and they were unable to troubleshoot our issue. Bob Allen not only found the issue but fixed it in a timely manner!

The Works

They got me in late on a friday and i mean late for the Works Package and they got it done before close. Very happy with the service and time frame that it got done.

2nd car we bought from Jerome

Got the car I wanted and a good deal.

Bob Allen took care of my prior vehicle even though I had purchased it elsewhere. This time my decision was between Bob Allen and the prior dealership. But the service department and the great deal was the deciding factors and I chose the Bob Allen explorer. I'm very happy with my decision. These are really down to earth people with a friendly atmosphere.

Exceptional Service

Good Experience

Had my wife's Edge checked all points inspection done, oil changed, air filters changes, tires rotated, and car washed in an hour. Great service at reasonable price.
