This is a review of the service center only. We have purchased three cars from Bob Allen Ford over the years and yesterday was my last trip to the dealership.... I brought my C-Max in for service since we pay monthly for the complete care package. I pulled into the service lane with my mask on and my window cracked. The service person who came out to my car was wearing a gaiter around his neck and it was just barely over his mouth. I asked him to put on his mask and he said, “No I will not. I will not put it over my nose. It is fine. “ I said I will go somewhere else then. He went back in and sat down at his desk and stared at me through the window. Sitting next to him was another unmasked service person. I sat there stunned until someone else came out in his place. This person was wearing a mask and took care of my tire pressure issue. He was not friendly, but at that point I really just wanted to get out of there. I watched my father die on a Zoom call and couldn’t be with my family because of selfish people like Bob Allen employees. I will never again be a Bob Allen Ford customer.
Worse costumer service experience! Took my car a GT350 Shelby for and oil change and some service on the breaks pads! Making to much noice. Josh very rude... person complained about changing them even if I’m paying for a package that I purchase went I buy my car, anyways that’s not the problem this guy probably ask mechanic to abuse my car because, he was mad of doing a service that I’m paying for it. They put 51miles on my car and use 3/4 of my gas tank. This is very unprofessional from this people to use some else cars! Also they kill my tires! Having all the prove that josh abuse my car Mark Dale service manager! Was sitting on his chair the hole time that I was talking to Him doing nothing but just saying that’s he will fill my gas tank! That’s not a favor to me because my car as already a full tank of gas went I leave it at the shop! Anyway did not fell comfortable with the situation decide to talk to Derek president manager of service! At lease he get off his sit and find out what happen to my car! But after talking to his people he came to me with another excuse saying that they drove my car all the way to 435i and drive it back! I have picture of all the this miles and tires! This is very unprofessional from all your employees specially Josh, you guys need to do something about it because this is not the 1st time this happens to me! Mark and Derek should do something about but they decide to do nothing but just keep sitting down on their chair! Very very bad costumer service

Their staff Was excellent with communication, very fair and reasonable, very considerate given the unusual circumstances. I would highly recommend this... dealership and will definitely consider buying from them in the future!
Our company truck was due for maintenance and I was holding off due to the Shelter in Place order. In the meantime, the brakes started to grab a little,... so I called Chase at Bob Allen Ford. I was relived to hear they had a plan for avoiding contact, and sent a loaner and took our truck in. A day later all is up to par mechanically and the truck is retuned. Paid for tire rotation that wasn’t done. Added app 30 miles on the car. Was supposed to be done in app 4-5 hours (I brought it in at 7 AM). They ordered... the wrong part and had to wait the following day. Scratched the driver’s arm rest.
I informed them their staff was blasting the radio in my car while inspecting it, and I received the following sarcastic answer : Thanks for letting me... know. I'm sorry to hear that! I'm not sure who was driving that vehicle before you got in it, but I sure hope you were able to figure out how to change the radio channel to something you prefer :)
I'm deaf so buying a car is not easy lots of things are not easy but they very happy texted my to talk to me someti.es it's hard buy anything most are... rude and yell when I s a.c y I'm dear lol why yell still cant hear but they had no problem with texting with me also was not rude when I disided not to buy any car at that time and made sure I had a way home offered to call someone or a cab just very helpful in all told me to text if I changed my mind
Bought a used car from Bob Allen Ford and the buying experience was excellent. Also, I am particular for a clean car and unlike other dealerships I have... been to they actually clean and dry the car. They did not just run it through soap and water and call it clean.
