The wait was a little long but the experience was

The wait was a little long but the experience was acceptable based on the repairs. The quality of the repairs appear to be good. The cost of the replacement parts may have been higher as a result of the tarrifs imposed by Trump.

Good experience.

Good experience. Straight forward. Salesperson and finance individuals easy to deal with. However, I am annoyed with this review section telling me to write more.

This was the worst car buying experience of my life.

This was the worst car buying experience of my life. They offered an initial good price, but then became very high pressure to buy their "Maintenance" plan. In addition to pushing it, they would not convey the total price, only monthly costs. In fact, once I got the total price, it was more than the complete discount MSRP they gave on the purchase priceAlso, they inisisted the purchase documentation had to be done twice in two different formats, digital and manually. This I believe was just another way to take time to push the I had to threaten walking out the door to finalize the deal. I got a decent price, didn't the maintenance plan. I will never buy from any dealer with theHenrick name on it again.

I was there for regular maintenance.

I was there for regular maintenance. It was completed while I waited and I was soon on my way. The wait time was reasonable and the waiting room was very comfortable.
