    Nick, Dylan and DB are great to work with, been there several times and they were always glad to see us. There is no pressure to buy and they have no desire... to sell us a car we won't love. Haven't bought a car yet but would love to, just haven't found the right fit YET. We'll keep trying. Thanks Guys! I gave the Facility 4 Stars because there is no Popcorn Machine.

    Casey Johnson was our sales person and while being new to the dealership was very knowledgeable. If we had a question he didn't try to spew out a line... of garbage he went and he found us correct answers. He was very quick to respond whether it was email, text, or call. I would recommend Casey to anyone looking for a new vehicle. He also isn't pushy at all. He wants to know what YOU want then makes sure he finds it. Great Job! The dealership was very clean and tidy. Even my wife made a comment about how clean the restroom was! The person who did our final paperwork was ok but a little more pushy for the extra coverages than I would care for. Overall a great experience and I will be returning to Casey and Legends Toyota for our next vehicle. Thank you!

    its my first and last purchase experience with this dealership. they lie about everything, starting from sale representative when sell you a protection... policy which cover nothing of what he tells you to their mechanics who do anything to push your car out without spending money to fix it. here is my maintenance story: - the first couple week i got check engine light, it was fuel level sensor, I took it there it should be still covered with 45 days warranty, they kept the car for 8 days, then i got a call said its fixed. i drove the car for couple days and the issue back. Later, I found out they just reset the check engine. and of course im not gonna drop it for another 8 days for nothing. - After water leak which should be covered i was told the electrical damaged is not covered. the protection says AC system, but they said AC blower is not included, that is not in the policy but they can tell you what they want. their policy has no details its not more than a fraud. - The estimation i got to replace the AC blower and SJB is 1080 $, 400 parts and 680 labors (they said 4 hours means 170$ per hour) I searched online and you can do as well, the cost to replace the AC blower 120$, 75 for part and 45 labor. And for the SJB is 380 for all part, programming and labor. The total 500. I took it to Dick smith and my bill was 565$ it’s the half. Please be careful if you have to deal with them.

    Mike was very professional explained everything in detail. Even washed and vacuumed my car. Went over the inspection and was on my way home. I would definitely... recommend to friends

    Great place to go, Love my car! I have never been in and out of a dealership so quickly when buying a car. My experience was quick and efficient and... so happy I didn't have to spend my whole day at the dealership when buying a car. Not to mention the price was right!

    I rated the customer service a one due to the fact that the actual service that was charged was not completed unbeknownst to me. It is really frustrating... when you go to Toyota to ensure your work is done properly and in this case it wasn't. I will say that this is the only location that I have had this issue.

    Just for clarification we performed basic maintenance (coolant and transmission drain and refill) almost 3 years ago on this vehicle. The vehicle now ...has 56,000 more miles than the last time we have seen this 4Runner. Even though it has been 56,000 more miles and almost 3 years later, we offered to reimburse for a portion of the maintenance that we did on this vehicle just to try and help the situation. I can promise you that the work we performed was done per the Toyota recommended guidelines. The BG flush that was performed by the new dealer is actually not even recommended by Toyota. I actually called and verified this with my Toyota factory rep. Please feel free to give my service manager Bryan Floyd a call and he can discuss this more in depth with you. I?m sorry you feel this way, but I think we did everything we could to try and help with this one. -Duce Lett (General Manager)

    Paid for service on my 4Runner, but later found out the services we’re not ‘really’ done. We paid for the coolant service and transmission service, as... well as another $319 in service work. We had to have the work completely re-done at a different dealership. We took the car in for oil changes at other dealerships and we were told our coolant was failing tests (not able to do it’s job of cooling the engine). We assured the service advisor that we just paid for the service to be done at a Toyota Dealer, and it was fine. After the third Toyota Dealership saying something, the service tech showed us a device that tests the fluid- it completely failed the test. We looked into it more and found only 1qt of coolant was changed when the system requires 2-3. After looking into in to the other work done by Legends, the same type of thing was done with the transmission fluid. We have no had to pay for the service twice on both of these. I do not know much about cars. I trusted this dealer to perform the services needed and in fact, my engine could of over-heated and my transmission was still using mostly dirty fluid. I have since gained trust with another dealership and will never return return to Legends
