Very poor communication from the service department.

Very poor communication from the service department. Also they were more concerned with selling me new tires (current tires only have 10,000 miles on them), new battery and spark plugs than doing the warranty work.

My wife and I purchased a new 2026 BMW X5 from Baron BMW.

My wife and I purchased a new 2026 BMW X5 from Baron BMW. The overall experience was excellent! Our sales rep was Giuseppe Baldin. He did a great job demonstrating all of the high tech features on the X5. Baron didn't have inventory in stock with the options that we wanted, but they located one at another dealer and had it within only a few days. We are very satisfied!!!

Blake was great to deal with.

Blake was great to deal with. He helped me out and gave me a great deal. I will pay a little more for the professional service I got. The service was great! Blake got me a ride home.
