Yesterday’s oil change at the BMW shop turned into a bigger job when technicians found a water pump leak, but the fix was fast and everything ran smoothly. Cooper got me a loaner almost immediately, and today I picked the car back up. Everything was handled quickly and adequately. Thank you for a job well done.

Great customer service, excellent communication and very helpful. Got me new tires on my car and safety back in the road! Technician was great and provided some insight on my car and was very knowledgeable! Will be back and will request same adviser and tech!

Very friendly staff and great service. They offered a loaner or an Uber somewhere and went over my inspection details with me. The waiting area is very nice too with WiFi provided.
