Just had my Honda ridgeline in the shop for wheel

Just had my Honda ridgeline in the shop for wheel alignment, oil/change and differential oil change they did a great job. Good communication on what was done and what will need to be done coming up.

Got a text first thing in the morning.

Got a text first thing in the morning. But then didn’t get any communication until they wanted to discuss brakes. Found that frustrating. Otherwise they did what I needed and got two recalls taken care of. Will use them again.

I've read most of the one star reviews in this feed and

I've read most of the one star reviews in this feed and am very surprised 😮. I posted several months ago regarding their service department who worked diligently to figure out a problem I inherited after purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from a different dealership. Lee's Summit Honda service dept was incredible in discovering what the problem was, but they didn't give up. It did take awhile but the Carfax I was provided by the dealer where I purchased it was completely flawed. It took LS Honda to run another Carfax report to determine previous damage that was never reported. I had done a lot of investigating up to that point (longer story) but it was Nick at LS Honda who discovered the Carfax reports didn't match. With all that said, because of their tenacity, I know their service dept and techs really do want to help their customers so I just purchased a new 2025 Honda CRV Sport Hybrid on Oct 19th 2024. Salesman Chuck, Sales Mgr Shawn, and Finance Mgr Tony were all great and I already know I'll be going back to the Service Dept for all my needs in the future. I'm extremely difficult to please and very surprised to hear of the difficulty these other folks has had, but Lee's Summit Honda and customer service folks are TOP NOTCH in my experience!

I never once was shown a payment that didnt include an

I never once was shown a payment that didnt include an extended warranty, despite telling the finance manger that I didnt want any extended warranties and him reluctantly agreeing, I still ended up with one. Then when trying to cancel I have to jump through hoops to get it canceled. I went in person and the finance manager filled out the cancellation form and told me he would get it submitted, only to call the warranty company a week later and find out it was never submitted. So I cancelled it myself, and was told by the warranty company that it was canceled and to reach out to the dealership so they can process my refund, which I am sure will be another headache.

Crap.

Crap. I bought a 2019 ford escape. Immediately had problems. Called several times. They wanted to keep my car 3 days to diagnose it. Because it's a Ford. Wanted to send me to Blue springs ford. We goona keep yer car 3 days to diagnose it. You don't like it go elsewhere! Which I did. Thoroughbred for diagnosed it in 1.5 hours. Blown engine! Known problem for these cars. Lees summit sold it to me anyways. Warranty is awful. I can tow it 5 miles? What? It's undrivable. So far 1700 hundred bucks on this blue lemon.! Does ford care, lees summit honda...no! I filed formal complaints against these crooks! 23000 bucks..What a ripp off

I just received a text asking me to rate our recent

I just received a text asking me to rate our recent service visit. I got a text while my wife was at the dealership getting the service. My wife specifically told the service advisor to NOT text her husband's phone (mine). The service advisor supposedly looked it up and noted it and said they would not text. Just as in the last two visits, they texted me as told not too! And same as twice before, I get yet another text the following day soliciting a review. When I go to review at the google link, it says 'you have already reviewed! My wife is still going to talk to the service manager as he was not in the day she had the car last serviced. After detailing the issue with the service advisor she commented that they had a 'bad seed' a while back, but she was not authorized to do anything about the incident. The issue: Time before this visit they did the oil change we had the tires rotated. A month and a half later wife started complaining she heard an occasional knock sound in the front end. The car felt like it drove all right so we continued using it. A couple weeks later (around 2 months later) we took it to our local auto repair place. They found two MISSING lug nuts, including the locking lug nut and the remaining were barely finger tight! They replaced the missing lug nuts and properly tightened them. This car was frequently used to transport out young grandchildren in car seats! I cannot imagine how ANYONE could be this clueless and irresponsible to 'forget' to torque lug nuts on a car, but this could have easily caused a severe accident and loss of life! This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! We have had repeated issues with this dealership for years and we only go there for oil changes anymore because they are cheaper. If we had a reasonable substitute for Honda service, we would never return! And BTW, the lifetime free car wash perk they gave us upon purchasing our last two Hondas there? The car wash has been inoperative for more than six months, the excuse being it was broke and the parts were too expensive to fix it...

I would avoid this dealership at all costs.

I would avoid this dealership at all costs. I recently bought a used chevy truck from this dealership with 55K miles. At 60K miles it had a serious misfire. Trying to get this fixed on the dealership's ''lifetime powertrain warranty" has been an absolute nightmare. I've had to drive to this dealership twice because I couldn't get anyone on the phone. Once the service manager, Aaron Rose, took over he was very much more communicative. Communicative yes, but he did not have any sense as to what was actually happening with my case. He told me two different things that turned out to be absolute falsities. Save yourself the trouble drive past this dealership.

Sales person and I agreed on a price only having them

Sales person and I agreed on a price only having them drop off the 500 dollar admin fee and tried to move onto financing and they made financing high went through my bank to get lower interest and they charge 500 dollars for paperwork fees. They will not work with you on price at all and will charge you for whatever they can even after agreeing on a price. They fought with my bank to even try and get financing to begin with. They are very unfriendly and will do anything they can to try and get the money they want. I absolutely loved the car I was trying to buy and was trying really hard to work with these people and they do not want to work with you. You are only dollar signs to these people and I would strongly recommend going anywhere else

Highly over priced, very poor customer service.

Highly over priced, very poor customer service. I will not recommend the dealership or service department to anyone. I will take my 2021 Honda CR-V S.E. to another dealership for servicing from know on.
