Not impressed so far. After several years of great service with Molle VW, we are really having a hard time with the lack of good service from this place. Our oil cap was not replaced after an oil change. We had the auto back gate fixed and the gasket was torn, dirt on the material and not clamped back in correctly on the plastic pieces. No one calls to let us know when our parts are in. We have to call. We do not get status updates on when the car is ready. We have to call them. For one thing to be fixed I feel like we end up having to drive back at least 2-3 times. Hopefully this will improve.

We started our day with Norm Dean at Jay Wolfe Acura. After several hours of searching, we came back at the end of the day to buy our MDX from Norm. The whole experience was top notch. This was my first Acura but I am now a customer for life!

Great experience

Jay Wolfe Acura has been my go to dealership since I bought my first car with them in 2003. In 2012 I purchased an MDX there. The sales and service departments have both been consistently good to work with, specifically Dusty and Jordan, who have helped me several times over the years. When the MDX was totaled in a wreck last week, Norm went above and beyond in patience and knowledge as I worked through decisions about a replacement vehicle. I shopped around but ultimately came back to Jay Wolfe once again to purchase an IDX. The quality of the vehicles and the excellence of this dealership are why.
