Wonderful Experience

From the time we stepped onto the lot at Jay Wolfe Acura to the minute we bought our car, we experienced wonderful service. James Williams was our sales representative & he was very helpful throughout the entire process. Plus, he was so positive & all around a pleasure to work with! I would absolutely buy another car from Jay Wolfe Acura. A few things to point out for those looking for a new car. Jay Wolfe Acura has a very large selection of cars on the lot - no need to 'ship' them from another dealership. We did not finance our new car, but the payment process was simple & quick to complete the deal. Also, this dealership was able to work with us on the price & our trade-in value to get the overall cost to a point that we were happy with in the end.

Great dealership!

The best new car buying experience ever. Over the top customer service. Everyone I met or passed in the halls were friendly and focused on making sure I was being taken care of.

Professional

We had already completed all the research we needed and knew which car we wanted. Having bought numerous cars in the past my wife and I expected a long drawn out afternoon. The staff was friendly, and we ended up with a very fair price for our trade in and the car of our choice. We will be back!!!

FRIENDLY

ZEKE AND JEFF WERE BOTH NICE AND FRIENDLY. WE REALLY APPRICATE THEIR HELP AND PATIENCE. WE DIDN'T PLAN ON PURCHASING A CAR THAT DAY AND HAD PLANS FOR LATER IN THE DAY BUT THEY GOT US OUT OF THERE IN GREAT TIME.

Excellent customer service!

Brianna was our ales lady and did an amazing job of continually keeping us informed. We're from Omaha and we were very apprehensive about driving the distance to your dealership but they gave us an offer we couldn't refuse and ultimately, we were so glad to have dealt with KC Acura instead of Omaha Acura. The customer service afforded to us was truly 5 Star.

Great Experience at Jay Wolfe Acura

The salespeople were very nice and accommodating, DW and Gretchen were great to work with! Even my 5 year old son mentioned how nice Gretchen was (she gave him a ballon). Josh the finance manager was also a huge help. I will highly recommend doing business with Jay Wolfe Acura!

Dry Rotted tires on used Acura I purchased

I purchased a used 2003 Acura TL for my son. All was good until I had a tire blow out on the Interstate. Found all four Michelin tires were dry rotted. Stopped by and spoke with the manager, who said she couldn't do anything for me since I purchased "as is". The dealer should have more experience checking tires on used cars.

Great Experience

Dealership was truly "haggle/hassle free". No gimmicks or crazy deals. Just a straight forward pleasant experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and courteous. WAIT ROOM!!

Salesperson was very knowledgable.

The entire experience set you apart from other luxury dealerships. Sales persons knowledge and non-pushy style. From the wait room, the product style selection, fair negotiations, and finance process-it was an easy decision.
