Fast, Convenient, and Friendly

I brought my suv in this week for a service repair. The service I received was exceptional. I was promptly greeted at the door, all my questions were answered, and I received a loaner for the evening. My repair was completed first thing in the morning so that I would be able to pick it up on my way to work. I was very impressed with the timeliness and thoroughness of the work.

Dusty rocks

Every time I need work done he’s incredibly helpful. Accommodated a last minute emergency and kept me up to date. The entire staff there is amazing. If you saw our vehicle purchase history you’d see we are very loyal. Anyone we’ve sent here mentions the service.

Outstanding SErvice MAnager Brian Hodes made it great.

I had an appointment, When Brian Hodes realized the time of wait I would need to endure, he arranged a loaner car. I returned in two hours, the time he suggested and the car was ready, clean. He went over the work completed and the costs. Excellent service made it all agreeable.

Great all around

Jordon was my salesperson and he was great! Very friendly and helpful! He went over the top to make my experience a good one. Service was very fast. While I waited, everyone that passed me said hello and was also very friendly. They never push me to buy another car or get more services than necessary. Since I’ve started coming here, I’ve actually enjoyed having to spend time at the dealership.

Car Search . . . .

We had been car shopping for around four months, and we were pretty sure we wanted an Acura, but had been looking at other vehicles as well. We wanted something with third row seating. We live in Springfield, but happened to be in Kansas City and thought we would stop in at Jay Wolfe Acura in Kansas City, and the whole experience went smoothly. Everyone was nice and super helpful. We had decided on Graystone interior, and Jay Wolfe Acura had one MDX with that color interior. Michael showed us the car and we fell in love with it! Josh was very helpful with the financing options, and we drove away in our new (pre-owned) MDX. Thanks, guys!

BEST Car Buying Experience Ever

Great space where they make you feel comfortable. Everyone I met was friendly and made me feel that it was actually their job to serve me not that it was my job to buy a car. THIS is how dealerships should be run.
