    Horrible service. Would not reccomend. They made an offer for a trade and the next day I went in and they said they would not honor the trade because they... didn’t need the car (I had an offer on paper from them) Ron was very rude about it and did answer my call after. If a dealership makes an offer on paper and dosent honor it, it shows a lot. Overall very rude and 0 integrity. They just want people in the door. Ps- dealership across the street offered me $1,000 more the same day after!

    I was treated well before I ever entered the showroom. I called for information and Mark Redmond was very personable, professional and helpful. He asked... a lot of questions to determine what was important to me. When I arrived at the dealership, Joe Reed took me for a drive. I asked a lot of questions and he was very knowledgeable, no pressure. Again, he was interested in meeting my expectations for certain features. Based on the questions they asked me before arriving, they knew what was important to me and made my car selection easy and fun! John Cuezze in Finance helped me with all the paperwork involved in a car purchase. I felt he truly advocated in finding me the most attractive financing rate. He was very organized and made this part of the experience very efficient.

    Kevin was our salesperson. He answered all our questions patiently, and showed us all the features of the car. He didn't insult my intelligence as alot... of car salesman have done in the past by treating me like "a girl". He was respectful, answered the technical questions I asked. Kevin showed his thoughtfulness by paying attention. During our test drive, I'd mentioned I didn't like the seat warmer feature and preferred the climate control at 65. My hubby was exactly opposite, liking the climate control at 75 and the seat warmer on medium. After they'd detailed our new car for us to take home, Kevin showed us he had set the seat warmer and climate controls exactly how each of us liked it, showing his listening skills and attention to detail. The service at Infiniti of KC is what keeps us coming back.
