The 1st visit after purchasing an Escape in October 2024.

The 1st visit after purchasing an Escape in October 2024. I left my car and by the time I got home it was ready. 30 minutes. The works.. Had a very positive experience with the purchase here also

Had a good experience, just took longer than expected.

Had a good experience, just took longer than expected. A least they had comfortable chairs. Nice salesman (Darin) told him what I was looking for and he found it. I even got what I wanted on my trade. A all around good time!😃

I recently had a recall, and Gary Crossley sent a car

I recently had a recall, and Gary Crossley sent a car over to pick me up after my car had been finished. I can’t appreciate that kind of service enough.

The whole process was pleasant and simple.

The whole process was pleasant and simple. The staff was very friendly, especially my salesman Justin making sure I was taken care of and all my questions and concerns were answered. At the end of the day no one likes buying a car and having to deal with all that comes with it, but I have to say Gary Crossley Ford changed my outlook in a very positive way. Best place to go if you or looking for great car buying experience! Thank you.
