Always honest
I like the honest, I don't do well with BS or being given a run around. I told Emory that in 2019 and I've bough 4 cars from him since but we always go with if it works great if not oh well. The service department is the same just honesty and i can trust that.

Oil change
Easy to drop off and wait during appointments..,,,Oil change service took an hour and a half which seemed excessive since excessive since I had an appointment.
