Awesome Service Department
The Service Adviser was great! Couldn't make it to the dealership before the service department closed but he arranged for me to get my Colorado and leave the loaner.

Excellent service. Travel 75 miles from Topeka.
The service associate, Mike Klein, was and IS always helpful with information etc. He makes sure I receive the attention and service which I request and expect. I call him ahead of time to make sure he is the person attending to my service. I travel 75 miles both directions from Topeka, Kansas to receive this service.

Great service
Great experience. However, the service department was very busy and that could determine the length of vehicle repairs. Might suggest having more service employees on Saturdays to handle all the traffic.

Service is always great!
Christian Plymell is doing well as a service adviser. He has helped with both our recent visits. Tell him it is okay to be a little more out going and to recommend service items that may be needed. Selling is part of the job.
