Great purchasing experience.

Great purchasing experience. Michael was great. Rick was great. The car was cleaned up perfect. We picked the color because we liked it and once the car was cleaned it looked even better

Purchased a new truck from Metro Ford.

Purchased a new truck from Metro Ford. Love my truck but Metro fell short. Salesman stated a new battery would be put in the truck. Didn't happen! At 200 miles check engine light came on it was the battery. Service charged it and still no new battery as promised. My vehicle was shorted on trade stating something was wrong with 4-wheel drive. Had my mechanic check before trade was finished nothing wrong to find out a tech Didn't Check the vehicle but the sales manager did. Didn't get a review of purchase agreement or offerings of products. Salesman rushed the pickup when questioned I got above my pay grade. This fell short on my experience since we have bought a vehicle from the same sales person only a few months prior. Make sure you make them give you a good experience when spending you hard cash!

I was having trouble with my power steering.

I was having trouble with my power steering. I called the service department and was told to bring my car in the next morning at 8 am. The steering was checked and decided the problem was the steering gear. They had the part on sight and my car was ready in 3 hours.
