I went to Eric at Metro Ford with a VERY specific request and a difficult budget. He searched for a month or two to find me the right vehicle. The extra effort was very appreciated. The sales process was fast and smooth. They were able to meet me in my schedule even though it was probably inconvenient for them. Great dealership with great employees. I will definitely go back!

My Ford Maverick is the latest car purchase from Metro Ford Independence, MO. As with the 9 previous vehicles i purchased, Metro made each sale easy. No high pressure sales tactics, no hidden fees - just a great sales process. Service after the sale has been great, too. Everyone, from the service reps to the body shop crew to the General Manager have been more than helpful keeping me and my vehicles on the road. My Maverick - like all new cars no matter who made it - has been a challenge to get parts when needed for various reasons, but Metro has always gone the extra mile to make sure I would quickly get back on the road. I would highly recommend Metro Ford Independence for your next car purchase.

I found Metro Ford while researching for an F-250 Super
I found Metro Ford while researching for an F-250 Super Duty. I had been looking nationwide for approximately two months before I decided to move forward with a purchase. I found two dealerships that had an F-250 I liked in my price range. I contacted each dealership and explained that I was ready to make a purchase if they could meet my price. Jason Bills at Metro Ford was low pressure and accepted my offer. I picked up the truck two days later. I was in an out within an hour and a half thanks to Paul Young. Metro Ford made the whole process easy and convenient. I reached back out to Paul Young a couple months later and purchased an Extended Warranty at a price no one else could meet. I hope to do business with Metro Ford in the future.

After doing a long search online I found the vehicle I was interested in here at Metro Ford. I reached out to them first thing Monday (called before sales opened, whoops) but someone answered and took my message. Figured I would have to call back but they actually called me back shortly after they opened and I have to say the salesman, Jamison, that called me was super nice and answered all my questions. After talking to him my mind was made up and I was buying this truck. Everyone from sales to accessories to finance was super nice and helpful and more than willing to answer any question. Metro Ford is 3.5 hours away from where I live and I would absolutely make the drive again to buy my next vehicle from them.

Price kept dropping on price and dealership would not
Price kept dropping on price and dealership would not honor that! A week after purchase the price dropped an additional $500 so I paid $1000 too much! I will not recommend or return

I showed up to my appointment today and my vehicle was
I showed up to my appointment today and my vehicle was taken in immediately. Bobby, my service advisor, spoke to me like I was his mother or grandmother, very respectful and sweet, but not at all condescending, like many repair facilities. They worked diligently to find the root cause of the problem with my AC, keeping me informed every step of the way. This is the second dealership, in as many days, to try to diagnose the problem and they worked hard to get down to it. They succeeded and now we are just waiting on the parts. We are driving West to California and needed this repair on an urgent basis. There is no driving across the 40 Mile Desert in Nevada without AC, especially with a dog and child in the truck. After all the trouble we have had with this truck, this trip, Metro Ford is the only thing keeping us from giving up on Ford completely. We had 583 miles on this F450, when we embarked on this trip and 3100 miles on it, when the problem started. We have driven to three dealerships in the past couple of days and now have 3600 miles or so on it. It's not like it's an old vehicle and some maintenance is to be expected. This dealer really stepped up. This will be our new Ford dealership going forward. I highly recommend this service department.
