Yesterday was an absolute joke. You literally went from an A to an F. I cannot believe that I was treated the way that I was. You literally had nothing to do, I walked in and out Monday morning I was there less than 40 minutes the only job was to make sure that I got my car picked up as I told you I would on Monday so why I wasn't detailed Tuesday I don't know why wasn't detailed yesterday morning I don't know why when I text you and asked if I could come and get it wasn't I told that I needed to wait until it was done because it wasn't worked on. Then you guys sent me away nobody ever reached back out. Then I had come in an hour and a half later only to find it not detailed you guys ran it through the car wash and slapped a Molle decal on it. I want that s*** off of it! I'm not really sure how many female single cash buyers you get in a month but it was a really big deal to get a new car for me yesterday and you had me in tears! I don't know how much more I can convey my disbelief you coming to get my car from Prairie Village and adding that many miles to a brand new car does nothing to help me. There is no making it right there is no getting back my new car day you absolutely ruined it. If Austin was supposed to pick up the slack he sure the f*** did not and whoever the gentleman was that approach me as soon as I got back and in my personal space trying to get a GM code touching my phone never even introduced himself like what kind of customer service is that? Christina was the only helpful person in there. Not one person congratulated me on my new car. I went to the bank the teller congratulated me. I went by Walgreens and I picked up photos the clerk congratulated me. Just so you know I thought maybe somebody would offer to take a quick pic for me with my new car but your sales managers, GM, nobody gave two s**** once you got my signature and check. What a disappointing experience at Molle I will not buy my next one there. What should have taken maybe an hour took four and nobody even cleaned the car.

I purchased a new Chevrolet Trailblazer on March 13 from Molle Chevrolet in Blue Springs, and my salesperson was Alex Malone. After completing the paperwork, Alex spent approximately 10 minutes reviewing the vehicle’s technology features with me. As a 77-year-old customer who has not previously owned a vehicle with this level of modern technology, I appreciated his initial willingness to assist and his assurance that he would be available to answer any questions by phone. The following day, I contacted Alex for additional guidance. He indicated that he was too busy to assist over the phone and suggested that I come into the dealership instead. I explained that I live approximately 40 miles round trip and asked if he could sit in a similar Trailblazer on the lot and walk me through the steps remotely. He responded that he might be able to do so but was currently too busy and would call me back later that day. I informed him I would be available and would await his call; however, he did not follow up. Over the next three days, I made several additional attempts to contact him, but my calls were neither answered nor returned. I also attempted to reach a manager, but I did not receive a response. Additionally, I later discovered that the antenna had not been installed on my vehicle, which negatively affected both the radio and phone functionality. This issue should have been identified and resolved prior to delivery. Unfortunately, my experience after completing the purchase has been very disappointing. Once the transaction was finalized, I felt there was little interest in providing continued support or ensuring my satisfaction. Based on this experience, I would not consider purchasing another vehicle from this dealership.

I went to Molle Thursday November 13th, 2025, at 2:10 p.m. and asked for an oil change. The service advisor quickly snapped, we are all booked, no oil changes today. This was the most pathetic version of, "you're not worth my time get out of here bud" that I have ever seen. Rude and offered no apology or offer to come back tomorrow. I sent the follow message to the service manager Mike Bradley and received no reply. I called earlier this week about scheduling an appointment for an oil change. I was specifically told by the gentleman on the phone that it was a first-come-first-serve matter. I arrived at the service center today at 2:10 p.m. The service advisor acknowledged me and asked me what I needed. I told him I wanted an oil change. He abruptly replies, “there are no oil changes available.” I have visited many dealerships and have never been refused an oil change. It is not like I showed up near closing time. Whatever the reason for non-service today it did not seem right. I left this dealership and had my oil changed at Cable Dahmer Chevrolet. The oil change was a nonissue. The service underwriter was cordial and polite. Why can’t your service department replicate the same service and treatment that I received today at another dealership? My intent for visiting your service center was to support the dealership that I purchased my Malibu from. Granted, an oil change is one of the more affordable service needs of customers. If you are unable to handle the minor needs of a customer, why would I return for more expensive services in the future? Communication is important. If there is a hard cutoff for an oil change then state, the policy for everyone to know and understand. I was both sad and disappointed when I left your service center today. I will not be returning in the future.

The service department was professional and had me in and out in a timely manner. From the first visit of buying the car to service of the car has been hassle free.

Great service and a very clean waiting room. The courteous car was very comfortable and clean, I don't mind getting a ride home from the dealership at all.

My service advisor Patrick Aswegan got the service performed in less time than he had estimated. It is why I have continued to have my car serviced at Molle Chevrolet.
