Overall, I had a great experience at the dealership. The staff was knowledgeable, the selection was solid, and the process went smoothly once we got started. However, I was a bit disappointed that we weren’t greeted or acknowledged when we first arrived. We had to ask for help before anyone engaged with us, which didn’t set the best first impression. That said, once we were assisted, the service improved significantly and everything else went well. I’d still recommend this dealership, but I hope they work on being more welcoming to customers as they walk in.

No hassle, the deal was easy, however they didn’t follow through on their agreement fully Their was paint chips that were supposed to be repaired prior to delivery, that didn’t happened They were supposed to contact us to come fix and still have not heard from them

Was told needed new battery on a fully charged battery. Disappointed!! Couldn’t pick up van when asked. Charged for misc shop supplies but was never given a list of said supplies. Was also informed needed an appointment dropped off van at 7am was told it would take 2 days for a diagnostic they called later telling me I needed a new auxiliary battery (which I asked before dropping it off and no one could even tell me where it was) and a new main battery. Main battery is totally fine. So I didn’t enjoy being lied too about what I actually needed and the cost was outrageous!!

Had recall done and car broke down next day or maybe second day. Never had issue before, but car shut down in wisconsin. nobody willing to help me get it back. still don’t have car.
