Continue to get good service and care of my car. I like the package service plan. Great people. Glad to have nice place to wait nd h e used the drop off t work service when I needed to.

Service rep was responsive and provided excellent customer service. A Jeep part was ordered and arrived on time and installation was complete in less than 15 minutes.

I had the worst experience ever. Please BEWARE of Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM dealership service department. My Chrysler broke down and I thought I would take it to a shop I assumed could do the repair correctly and quickly. It took a few days for the FIRST repair, but sadly the next day my car broke down with the same issue. The SECOND time it took a week, AGAIN the car broke down the next day with the very same issue. The THIRD time it was in their shop for over a week. My opinion they just tossed parts at the vehicle hoping it would fix the issue. I was charged large amounts of money for each and every time the vehicle went back into their shop. During the second and third time it was in the shop I had to call several times to inquire on the progress. I would even leave message and not receive a call back. When I picked up my call for the THIRD time I asked the manager to at least compensated me for labor I paid on the two times it was NOT fixed correctly, The manager would only discount $250.00 which was a very small part of the labor on ONLY one of the bills!!! NOT a fair price after they failed to fix the car correctly the first and second time. But a THIRD in my opinion is ridiculous!!!!

My wife and I came in looking for a used suv or truck after a dealership I won’t name totaled our brand new truck in the body shop and wouldn’t throw us a bone at all! Bri was seriously the best to work with and really worked hard to help my wife find the car she wanted without settling. I would definitely say if you’re looking for a used car go talk to Brianna she seriously is the best!

everything went very easy and friendly very happy would buy again with no problem quick easy didn't spend all day there maybe took 2.5 hr to get everything done

We meet so of the finest folks we have meet in a while. Everybody was over the top. One that got us started was Brandon (Sales). We called about getting a truck & was turn back because of the time of the call, but Brandon got wind of the call & called us back. Thanks Brandon!! I had my truck in for a check up at a shop in Harrisonville, when we was picking it up I told the owner (Scott Bracken) about the meeting with Olathe Dodge that morning. He right away called & got the name of a salesman that he had heard about. (Mike Sr. was that salesmen) We looked Mike Sr. up when we got there, with his personality & knowledge of the 5500, we owned a truck shortly there after. Olathe salesperson RJ was great to work with. He was fair and explained everything. He was quick to understand what I was looking for and arrange a test drive. He didn't pressure me into buying when I told him I wanted to look at the Ford Explorer and make my decision between the two vehicles. When I called back the next day he got right to work on finding the exact Jeep Grand Cherokee I wanted. I was able to text RJ and call him on his work cell throughout the process. Olathe was also fair in valuing my trade. I got the exact same offer from Ford and CarMax, so I think Olathe was competitive on their trade offer. I would buy here again. Nathan in finance was a great guy. I wish they had more than one person in the finance office at the time as I was anxious to get out and drive my car but had to wait in line for finance. But that's no knock on Nathan. He was pleasant and easy to work with.

Karl was very helpful and knowledgeable! He made sure I knew how to work so many of the awesome features in my new Jeep Grand Cherokee!! So happy with my new Jeep!

We had a great experience buying a van with RJ and the rest of the staff. They made buying a used car simple and straight forward.

Michael has always been personable and professional. He is great about connecting with his customers and actually cares about his work. He is willing to talk to you about any issues found but isn't pushy. I always appreciate the care that is taken with my vehicle. I actually drive out of my way to have my car serviced here.
