Took my 2021 F150 and meet with Derby in the service on

Took my 2021 F150 and meet with Derby in the service on 2-6-24. For an oil change tire rotation. I told Derby about a battery issue with my truck. Derby checked my extended warranty and other coverage to see covered the battery replacement. Derby went beyond customer service and had great professional service

I took my 2013 Ford Escape for an oil change and tire

I took my 2013 Ford Escape for an oil change and tire rotation, and it was all done in less than an hour. Great service. Ask for Brian, he provides excellent customer service, and we're working with Eddie on their Extended Warranty for another vehicle. They definitely follow-up with you. Thank you for the excellent service.

I took my Blazer in to get some body work done.

I took my Blazer in to get some body work done. The work was done and Carlos told me I could come in on a Saturday to pay for it and pick it up Now I work 7 days a week and I had to get off work early to pick the vehicle up. So I come in to pick it up and the lady at payment desk told me there was no ticket on my vehicle and therefore I could not pick it up. So NOW I have to go home from work on Monday night and have my wife drive out to Shawnee Mission Ford. And we live in Lee's Summit! I can't believe Shawnee Mission Ford messed up this bad! Because of them now I have to take an extra night to come pick up my vehicle when it should have done already! Unbelievable!

My car had to be towed and eventually scrapped due to a bad engine, but the whole team at Shawnee Mission Ford was great. Bryan in the service department was my main contact and he couldn’t have been better!

I was mailed a coupon by the dealership for $10 off an

I was mailed a coupon by the dealership for $10 off an oil change which was due. They found out that it needed new rear brakes replaced. It will be a major expense but at least they explained the repairs. I was shocked, but now I know. Also Wheel alignment failed and they had a digital print out to show me. So, they gave me a thorough inspection with detailed paperwork.
