Sheehan Buick GMC

My husband and I had two used Jeep Wrangler’s we wanted to look at yesterday that were very similar; price point, miles, model and color, but at two different dealerships. With Kelly’s help we test drove the one at Sheehan first and after Kelly and my husband discussed price, etc. Although we really liked the jeep I wanted to see the jeep that was a more recent years model because I felt it would be a better purchase. On the way down to the other dealership we discussed the Jeep and how nice, professional and upfront Kelly was with us. We got to the dealership and we’re approached by a salesman as we were looking at the vehicle we were interested in seeing. Upon that quick interaction we quickly determined that we would rather give our business to Kelly than the salesman in front of us. We got back into our car and drove back up to Sheehan and told Kelly we were going to buy the Jeep. He started the paperwork and we went and grabbed lunch up the street and everything was ready just as he promised when we returned. Buying a vehicle is our least favorite thing to do. Buying a vehicle with Kelly made it so much better. Thank you!

I was met by a service department associate within 1 minute of driving in, explained my problem, which was a large screw in my tire, and immediately processed for repair. He came into the waiting area about 4 times giving updates to me about the repair. Outstanding service at Sheehan automotive, why go anywhere else??!!

Jeff was our salesperson and he was 2nd to none. His service was exceptional his follow through was stellar and even 3 months after the sale he was still there for us 100% to help us with OnStar never leaving our side. We moved from CO to FL, bought a house in Boca only to learn that the HOA wouldn’t allow me to keep my GMC Sierra All-Terrain. We settled on a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and Sheehan had the exact one we wanted on the pre-owned lot. We weren’t able to do a deal right away because of mortgage stuff but Kelly followed up exactly when he said he would and we did the deal. It was no pressure, no BS. I can’t recommend Sheehan and Kelly, specifically, enough.
