Time to Change Cars but Not Dealers

Just moved to Florida

I recently moved from SC to FL and was looking for a responsible dealer for sales and service. Needing service on my Buick Enclave I found Sheehan on the net decided to give them a try. It was a great experience, they diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner and repaired it in a reasonable time. They kept me informed through out the entire process. No doubt, I have found my new dealer, Sheehan

One of the easiest car buying experiences

I knew the vehicle I wanted to purchase and was able to work with Gerard over the phone for most of my transaction. When I came in to meet with him and test drive the car he was friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He also was able to answer all of my questions on my lease return. I tend to hate when its time to get a new lease because of the sales tactics or pressure that can be applied but none of that was had here. I even thoroughly enjoyed my time with the gentleman in finance. I will be coming back to Sheehan Buick GMC again in the future.

Professional Staff

My wife and I had an exceptionally good experience leasing our new Buick Enclave today. The entire sales staff managed our needs and requests for information in a concise and clear format. Our salesman, Igor Mosquera, provided excellent guidance and support during our inquiry for our next vehicle. We never felt any sales pressure or misleading information. Everything was fully disclosed to us. This was our first visit to this dealership. I look forward to continuing our relationship with this dealership.

Gerard is a great customer, sales, representive.

I kept going back to this dealership and Gerard White. He just kept showing me the different models of Encore. I drove the Encore many times. He was really cared that I got the right SUV for me.

This Is Why I Am A Repeat Customer!!

I bought my first Buick (Enclave) from Kelley Shirley's team at Sheehan Buick back in 2014, and the service was the best I have ever had. Over the last 5 years, I had only ever taken my Buick to their dealership for all of its service and maintenance and the way I have been treated as a customer (for both purchase and service) speaks for itself, as I can honestly say that this is the first time in my life that I have been a repeat customer of ANY Dealership or make and model. In fact, my experience was so good, my sister went and bought an Enclave from them in 2018 and her experience has been exactly the same as mine. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of having Kelley assist me with the purchase of my brand new 2019 Buick Enclave. My experience again was problem free, smooth and easy. Everyone (including their finance team - thank you Matthew Clinton) treated me with respect, went through all my options and choices with me to ensure I understood and was clear about everything. They accommodated my million and one questions. Kelley was amazing and patient and took his time with my looking at the vehicles and making my choice and before I drove off the lot, he made sure that all my features (bells & whistles) had been shown to me and the use of them explained. They even went so far as to ensure that my smartphone was paired properly with the vehicle ( Thank you Jeff) and their final words to me were "If you have ANY questions at ANY time, just call us or stop in". This dealership is amazing and their staff are incomparable. I don't ever see myself going anywhere else.
