Best representation.
I have bought 3 vehicles from Frank 2 used and 1 new.He has always gone above and beyond to get us best deal. If we had any problems he wouldn't hesitate to jump in to make sure problem was fixed. The very best sales representative going.Frank is not a sales representative to push a deal on you. Will only look at the type of vehicle you want to buy.

Be very careful dealing with these people
They are sneaky about the way paper work is done, I got taken for $1000 because I trusted them and didn't go over the paperwork with a fine tooth comb. Then I was lied to about service work that wasn't done. There are other car dealers around, highly recommend buying elsewhere. Watch your back, they will stab you. All they care about is a sale.

Drove for two hours to see two awful cars
We drove for 2 hours from Mays Landing in NJ to see two Ford Focus that were on cars.com (still are as of writing this review), a blue 2010 and a silver 2008. The salesman Michael said he wouldn't even show us the blue one as it was so bad, and in the service department. He went across the street to get the silver one. Meanwhile, we found the blue one out back. The inside was full of empty McDonald's containers, and there was a layer of stank on the center console and steering wheel like you wouldn't believe. The bodywork wasn't much to report, numerous dings and scratches. When he bought the silver one over, it was just as bad, maybe worse. Inside it was pretty good, but outside, there were so many dings and dents. The roof bar/tops of the doors on the passenger side look like someone had attacked it with a baseball bat. The rear bumper cover was sticking out just by the tail lamp, and the rocker on one side was dented in. Worse still, the A/C was not working at all, who sells a car in the summer time with no A/C. We left, having wasted 2 hours to drive there. This was a FORD, sold through a FORD dealership. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Lee, Thank you for taking a moment to review us. As you mentioned in your review, Michael didn't want to show you the blue Focus and he didn't, you found that in the back, we would have not shown or sold it to you in that condition. As for the silver Focus, it is shown as Whole To The Public Vehicle. In Delaware, we are able to sell these vehicles to the public, regardless of being a Ford dealership. However, we have spoken to Michael about letting you drive 2 hours without explaining what Whole Sale To The Public, no reconditioning,sold as is means.

No responsibility for oil leak
Took my sons vehicle Ford Mustang in for oil change which I had done 2 other times to Willis ford in Smyrna never having an issue with their service. Purchased 2 vehicles from them also never an issue. When the mustang was driven home we noticed oil on garage floor next day. Called Willis to talk to manager Rick he told me screw for oil pan was stripped and also needed new oil pan. Remember I took vehicle in 2 previous times before for oil change no issues at all. Just a coincidence take mustang in for oil change and now have oil Leak. Rick the manager would not take responsibility for oil leak. ( which I expected) basically told me mustang has over 100k miles these things happen ask him what are we going to do to fix this problem. Rick told me he is not responsible for oil leak and will cost me 276. 00 to repair. I guess you only get great customer service as long as nothing happens to vehicle and you just pay your bill and go on your way. No doubt in my mind they caused oil leak and would rather let a good customer go then to pay 276.00 for what they did to vehicle. Needless to say I will not take a go cart to get it worked on. They lost my trust and confidence in Willis ford service. They seem like they do not care I guess they make enough business to rip certain customers off.

This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Nate and Halli were wonderful and the process was pain free and very easy I was there to just look and left with my new vehicle.
