Over the years we've purchased 6 cars from Mike Jones and Chevy Chase Acura. They provide great, personalized customer service with a good price. With the tight economy we were considering downgrading to another brand or dealer but Mike, Greg and the dealership worked with us so that they were competitive enough that financially it still made sense to stay with the brand and model we love.

We had scheduled an appointment with Peter Larson to test drive a 2010 Acura RDX. Even before we went to see him, he sent us a lot of relevant information and a price quote via email which helped us narrow down our choice and propelled us to consider Acura as our first choice of vehicle. When we went to see him, he was very polite and professional, and helped us get the vehicle at a price we could afford. I would recommend Peter Larson to anyone who wants to look up vehicles at Chevy Chase Cars, he is one of the best agents we have come across.

Our experience with Chevy Chase Acura was most enjoyable. From the the time we arrived at the dealership, to the time we drove our new Acura home, the staff was friendly and professional. We feel confident in our decision to purchase from Chevy Chase Acura.

We inquired online about the vehicle we were interested...

We inquired online about the vehicle we were interested in and within minutes we had been contacted by phone and email by Mr. Snyder. He was extremely informative and courteous and we set up an appointment. He was there with all the information we had asked about and had everything available for us. We would definitely recommend Mr. Snyder to anyone interested in buying an Acura. Also, while at the dealership, everyone was very helpful and it was a good car buying experience.

I had already selected the Acura model and options I...

I had already selected the Acura model and options I desired when I approached this dealership. I eventually purchased from them based on attractive pricing, dealer location, and service freebies (free oil changes for life). Price negotiation largely was done via internet and low pressure. The specific car I purchased was not in stock at the time of purchase, but was delivered within a week. The salesman was quite professional and thorough in demonstrating the features of the car, particularly the car's sophisticated technology package. The finance manager did a great job getting us through the paperwork processing in a painless fashion. I would not hesitate to return to this dealership if making a future Acura purchase.

I had a very enjoyable experience at Chevy Chase Acura. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. My sales associate, Stewart, was patient and worked diligently to meet my needs at the best possible price; however, at no time did I feel pressured to buy. I highly recommend this dealership.

Jon Rosenthal is the guy to see. He is professional and...

Jon Rosenthal is the guy to see. He is professional and will happily work to help educate you on a car - rather than hustle you for a sale. I just bought a TSX and not once did Jon ever push for the sale. Jon walked me through every car in the showroom, while patiently explaining the “how to” of every feature. It was only until I decided I was interested, that we began to discuss a sale price for a car. If you are interested in Acura, go to Chevy Chase Acura - they will treat you with respect.

mike jones and greg corbutt were fantastic.You need more professional sales managers like them and you would sell a million cars.I started working with them four months ago and they helped me negotiate my way thru many ostacles and became very instructive and creative in closing the deal.I love my tsx acura.tom

I had a 2004 TSX which I purchased from a dealer in...

I had a 2004 TSX which I purchased from a dealer in upstate New York. I had serviced my old Acura to Chevy Chase since moving to the DC area in 2005. I was always very impressed with the service department and my experience with Chevy Chase Acura in general. When it came time to replace my TSX I never thought to go anywhere else. I didn't even look at other brands because I wanted to continue to use Chevy Chase Acura. Jon Rosenthal was very helpful and I enjoyed working with him. I have been very happy with my 2010 TSX and have recommended the car, the dealership and the Jon to the many people who have asked if I am happy with my Acura. I really liked that he gave me his direct line and that I could contact him with questions even though his job was technically over. I will continue to use Chevy Chase Acura as long as I live in the area.

We purchased our new 2009 Acura MDX from Chevy Chase...

We purchased our new 2009 Acura MDX from Chevy Chase Acura on October 24, 2009. When we first visited the Chevy Chase Acura dealership, we were also planning to visit other dealerships nearby, such as Honda Ourisman and Euro Motorsport in Bethesda, Maryland. However, because Chad Dorfman showed such frankness and professionalism in dealing with us that we decided not to even bother looking into the cars at the Honda Ourisman and Euro Motorsport dealerships. In short, Mr. Dorfman's treatment of us was the primary reason why we cut short our search for a new car and settled on purchasing an Acura. Throughout the whole process, Mr. Dorman and other sales personnel at the Chevy Chase Acura dealership made us feel comfortable that we were making the right decision in purchasing an Acura.
