Mr. Schulze is a friendly sales person and I felt very comfortable dealing with him when I decided to purchase my Acura. I am very satisfied with his perfomance. I have not done any service from the dealership so I do not know how to rate their work on my Acura. However, on one occasion I have a quote from the servicing dept on a minor body work. It seemed to me the quote is high compared to the work. Over all I will recommend Chevy Chase Acura dealership to my friends for buying. Thanks!

Jaymes Snyder and the team at Chevy Chase Acura made the purchase of a new car almost a pleasure. From the immediate, no-nonsense pricing, highly personalized service, and efficient administrative work, the buying experience with Chevy Chase Acura is one I would recommend to anyone. This is my second purchase from CC Acura, and my second one with Phil as my salesman. The dealership is beautifully run, and everyone there is always friendly and knowledgeable. Stewart was a great salesman for us -- knowledgeable, smart, and really very nice. His easy going nature and his excellent knowledge about the Acura allowed us the space to make a good decision about a purchase like this. My husband and I appreciated his approach. Very, polite and very personable friendly service. It was my first time buying a car so I was nervous. But the staff was nice and answered all my questions and the dealership had great offers on lifelong service. The financing department made it easy to understand and straightforward.

These people are very friendly, customer focused and provide an excellent value for the dollar spent. You do not have the 'usual' car dealer experience here.
