Love My New 2018 Corolla LE

Outstanding Customer Service

Larry was absolutely amazing! Very helpful, polite, funny, Nd just helpful overall. When we had issues with the bank towards the end he went above and beyond to help me which even required him to stay super late!! I felt awful, but he made sure to make me laugh and not feel like a burden at all!

New Car

I gave this rating because I went into the service dept. thinking that my current Toyota could be fixed. Ryan - in service - took me over to see Tim Williams in sales. Tim was absolutely fabulous and helped me out to get me in a car that I was totally comfortable in. I'm a dedicated Toyota person and don't want any other car.

Return Buyer

I bought a Tacoma from John 10 years ago and recently a Camry. Both times I shopped around at other dealers but John offered the best deal both times. He's a good salesman, low keyed and no pressure. I will buy from him again.

Only one glitch - but overall excellent

Had a truck I was negotiating on sold on me - no fault of my salesperson. Anderson should have a better system for tracking when deals are in progress and ensure this doesn't happen again
