This dealership was Amazing to work with. They made it a very easy process. I was able to tell them exactly what I wanted and they got right back to me. I was hours away and they were able to complete communication through email and text. The deal was completed the same day!!

JR was great to work with through the sales process.
JR was great to work with through the sales process. Have bought cars from this dealer in the past and great experience. This time around, Mike, the finance guy was an issue. Only showed us 1 interest rate/bank, and 1 loan term. We had to push him to show us other financing options. We showed him the better rate we had from capital one, and he just laughed us off. He was really dismissive and condescending. Ended up leaving, then came back the next day and bought the car outright rather than financing through him.

Experience was excellent! Showroom was spotless and our salesman was wonderful. Fred Anderson has never let me down. I think this is maybe the third car I have had from here and I have never been happier with any of them. I will be picking up the one I just bought Tuesday and I know it will look spectacular. Can’t wait to get it!
Anderson Ford number one on my list!! Yesterday was no different! Got a Honda Accord and I know I will love it after they are through with the detailing. People were very nice and friendly and helpful. I am on disability and the manager worked with me so I could get this car. Nobody I know would do that. Carl our salesman was great and didn’t let me down! He always had a great attitude and smile on his face.
