Music is too loud in the service area .
Music is too loud in the service area ... difficult to communicate! People are friendly and helpful, but I can't imagine working in that loud environment.

Service was poor.
Service was poor. I was told that because I took a loaner my car would be put to the back of the line. That is unacceptable as if my time was not as valuable as anyone else’s. I made an appointment just like everyone else. My vehicle should have been serviced according to my appointment schedule.
