Always a great experience!

Always a great experience! I was sent videos of service completed and explanations throughout the video. I also had a car for the day and was not inconvenienced at all! Many Thanks!

Does not respect time.

Does not respect time. Made service appointment for 1:30pm for a simple engine oil and filter change. Arrived on time. The car was checked in by Jonathan Rico service advisor more than 40 minutes late. Just leaving the dealership 4:30pm. It does not make sense to take 3 hours. Seems to me that they over schedule people and make people wait. Had a conversation with the service department manager Scott Parrish, he made it seem like 2 hours wait is completely within normal for any appointment. VERY DISSAPOINTED CUSTOMER OF LEXUS.

Johnson Lexus is always awesome... I am on my 10th GX 460. and would never go anywhere else. Justin in service is so easy to work with..an asset to the JOHNSON TEAM.
