I went to look for my retirement car, hadn't planned on purchasing one, but low and behold, bam, I love it. The es 350.

Recently bought a used car form the dealership. Had an appointment to test the car and when we arrived the salesman told us the car was out being test driven. he said he had sent us an email, but i hadn't checked before hand. He arranged to have the car driven to my home the next night for us to test. Sales process went smoothly and quickly.

Called Jay about low battery issue on my key fobs and getting front bumper repaired/painted from debris thrown up by another car while on vacation. Since I only had the car for 1.5 years, Jay said to bring in key fobs and he would replace batteries. He had batteries replaced and then took me up to body shop to get a estimate. I just can't say enough about how Jay has handled all my concerns that have come up since my 2015 RX350 purchase from Jay. He is truly a special person and makes buying a vehicle so painless.
