I went through the Costco Car Program. From the time Zachary Coker contacted me and to the moment I pulled off the lot with my new car, I was treated with respect and no pressure. Delray Honda does an excellent job in making sure their employees know how to work with a customer.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at the last car dealership that I got my first lease. I don't want to name the name of that dealership out of respect, however, I was highly apprehensive about getting my new lease because of that experience and lacked the confidence that another dealership would be able to make that right. However, Delray Honda is a wonderful place and Mike Webb, the salesman who helped my boyfriend and I, was a pleasure and was understanding and transparent with us throughout the entire process. I'm grateful to now feel like I can trust the people who sold me my car. I can't remember the other three gentlemen's names that helped us, but the were all wonderful.

Jeff personifies FIRST CLASS SERVICE,he was very efficient as exemplified that he was clear on all the info on SERVICE and met ALL those expectations on a TIMELY DELIVERY!!!
