I was very pleased with my first service for a newly purchased Civic. The facility is very clean and people were friendly and helpful. Bought a used Honda. Brought it back a year later because the paint was totally shot. They said I must have sprayed something on it. The 4 body shops I took it to all said the same thing: cheap paint job with no clear coat. Salesman, service employee, service manager, and Honda bigwig all claimed “they’d never seen this before.” DON’T BUY A USED CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE.
