I am actually so upset with this dealerships lack of
I am actually so upset with this dealerships lack of service that I am intending to trade the car in for a different make of vehicle. I will not drive an Alfa Romeo again. Alfa dealerships are few and far between. They do not offer loaner vehicles and only offer pick up/drop off service if you live close enough for their convenience. They are the closest dealership and almost an hour away. They ordered parts for my vehicle. I got a call today that the part (not parts) is in and there is a core turn in fee of $1000. The appointments that they have available are within a 4 or 5 day window of the fee at their convenience not mine. Nobody mentioned the fee prior to ordering. I also told them I needed the car back as family would be here , from England, and I needed the second vehicle. Again, nobody mentioned any form of core charge or time constraints. I have already picked out a new vehicle. I will call them on Monday to tell them to return the part I am trading my lemon in for a vehicle that I will love and a dealership that will treat me like my business matters.

I am STILL waiting for a refund $1242.00. The parts were returned and I was told I would have to wait until they got a refund. This is just shy of a month now and NOBODY has reached out to say anything. The response from the General Manager is empty. I responded to him privately and never heard back from him. IT IS PAST TIME TO REFUND MY MONEY! I have traded the car in and will never do business with Alfa Romeo again but I will not stop until I get my money back!
I am STILL waiting for a refund! I sent Neil Ferrari an e-mail 3 days ago and still no response. Mr. Ferreira - I have waited for weeks now to receive a refund from your service department. On August 5th I paid for two parts, invoice number 20341. Cory Blue knew that I would not be able to get the car back in until the end of August and ordered a part with a core fee of $1000 if I did not get the new part installed and old part returned by the end of August. That was really the last straw for me with the lack of service and any communication. I called and requested that the parts be returned for a full refund. I was told, six weeks ago, that the parts had been returned and a check was on the way. When I called two weeks later I was told that I would get a refund when Alfa Romeo service got their refund from the parts dealer. I still have not received a refund. Two weeks ago I tried calling Cory to check on the status of my refund. Five calls went straight to voice mail. When I blocked my caller identification he answered the first time, not a coincidence I am sure. Cory said he would check with the office and call me back. I still have not had a call back. More of my stellar service experience with Alfa Romeo.I have since traded my Stelvio in for a new Mercedes. They excel at customer service. I expect a full refund total of $1,242.00 for the two parts on invoice number 20341. This situation has been going on for far too long at this point. Please correct this situation this week. One of the most seamless car purchases.
One of the most seamless car purchases. From walking in the door and being created by Andy. To our sales rep Alex. He made the experience personal and never felt disengaged. The manager Mike was very friendly and professional. Along with the finance officer Jackie. Once we are in need to purchase an SUV we will absolutely return considering the appreciation we felt. Highly recommended!! Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. After coming off from a bad previous purchase experience they really restored that enjoyment I was seeking. Mohammad was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He knew the Alfas and Maseratis in and out took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. They did not make you feel pressured and stressed out like most dealerships. Smooth process from start to finish. I am very happy in my new Alfa Romeo Stelvio and will certainly return again and again. Thank you!
