Cory got car in and out same day.

Cory got car in and out same day. Job well done! Only complaint is service light was on I couldn’t turn it off even with my vast experience. Cory said it was $100 fee to shut it off(special tool need). I am a certified technician of most combustible engines! A basic Oil Change should be easily done and service light should be reset by owner. Very tacky surcharge from a person who spent a lot of money on your vehicle. 99% of people that buy Maserati take it to you for service wealthy people don’t change their oil. But the true enthusiast someone that understands the vehicle more than the other 99% shouldn’t pay for such a basic feature. sorry but this is how I feel.

Creating a Full Service Automobile Dealership begins and ends with its Staff! People are the key to success. It has brought me and kept me at Herb Chambers Cadillac the last 10 Years and will keep me at Herb Chambers Alfa Romeo for the next years. All because of 3 Key People: A J Pulvie - Service first as the Columns of a successful relationship depends on our “Relationship” which grows from Respect, Listening, Compassion & Understanding. Andy Luna - Exactly what “Relationship Selling” demands: listening to the customer and allowing the customer to express good as well as not so good feelings. Jackie Sasso - How can you not love personalization of service. A real firecracker who makes you comfortable and safe during the back end of the Sale. These 3 people are the reason I come to Herb Chambers for my cars and I would tell the World that if you want me to!

I prescheduled my appointment online using the very handy

I prescheduled my appointment online using the very handy scheduling tool. I was able to find a “special” for the service I needed and that was super handy, save me some $$ in the process. When I arrived at the Alfa store I was greeted by Cody for my service appointment. He explained everything they would do for the service, I added another item i needed replaced, which Cody said was not a problem. I was a “Waiter” and the time is about what I expected. The car was delivered very clean. The service order didn’t include the technicians name or I’d have thanked him in this write up. One item I would like to see, I had an alignment performed and i would have liked to see an “as found” printout and an “adjusted” printout for my records. I had a great experience at this Alfa store and I will continue to have my car serviced there in the future. Thanks Cody.

Poor customer service.

Poor customer service. The service center is very unprofessional while they take forever to complete work. The excuse is always so many cars to be serviced, so a bigger service center?The last Cadillac I’ll own. Taking my business back to my friends at Lexus of Warwick!!!
