My wife and I went into Herb Chambers Cadillac in Warwick RI on a Saturday afternoon just to look at the inventory of available XT5s as we were near the end of a lease on a 2017 model and had been made aware of the "Pull Ahead" program by our original dealer in MA. We had no intention of actually leasing a new vehicle, but our Sales Representative Harold Cayquette was so accommodating and helpful that we ended up leasing a new 2019 demo at just about the same lease payment we have now. The process was collaborative and at no time did we feel any pressure whatsoever to buy anything. Harold and the finance people were wonderful to work with and made the process easy.
