Excellent sales and service purchasing my 2022 Colorado truck. I added running boards and bed liner which were on the truck when I took delivery. One thing I did notice was the trailer receiver and wiring harness were not on the truck , I was told that the Colorado trucks do not come with them . So I purchased them and had service install them. However I found out that the receiver hitch was only rated for towing 3,500 lbs. on a truck that tows 7.700 lbs. I decide to purchase a towing receiving hitch rated for 8,000 lbs . Sales and service agreed to swap them out when I get my new hitch. So I am pleased that this is all working out. I suggested that sales and service keep this towing capacity issue in mind when adding trailer hitch as accessories to Colorado truck towing capacity of 7,700 lbs. I can see this can be easy overlooked as there are so many truck models and types and the engine horse power is also a factor. I am very pleased sales and service were very understanding and willing to help me resolve my issue. I highly recommend the sales and service departments in purchasing and servicing a vehicle at Quirk Chevrolet

Stole my car battery
I came in on November 2, 2022 for a vehicle diagnostic no diagnostic was done. Had an instate battery in my car to look under the hood to my surprise a different battery. So no one could explain to me why I was there for 9:30 am till noon. Just to charge a battery, when they tried to sale me a battery for $359.99 which I turned down. It's really disheartened how they had disregard for my time no explanation and trying to brush the issue under the rug.

Streamline the buying process
Arrived at 10 o’clock on a Sunday morning, Test drove vehicle I was interested in finalize trade-in and price of new vehicle. sales staff associate Jay Rose was Professional and courteous couldn’t have made the Process buying a new vehicle any easier out by by 11 am.

Let me start by saying the dealership I called after this dealership told me "Yes, absolutely no issue. If your vehicle has that message we will not charge you to look at it" Vehicle has warning message "Service High Voltage Charging System" - The 8yr/100k limited warranty covers the charging system and hybrid batteries. This dealership will not look at my vehicle without charging me a diagnosis fee. Literally my warranty covers this situation. I thought maybe the advisor was ill informed but the service manager doubled down and said the same thing.

Car was ready but they lost my chekc!
The car was ready and waiting for me when I cam to pick it up but they lost my check for a five days after they picked it up from the post office. This made my buying experience go down!
