Hello my name is Theresa I bought a ford bronco online in February I was on vacation in Florida and was looking to buy a ford bronco and had look lot of places So my husband and his friend were looking up some broncos online so they decided to look at QUIRK FORD IN QUINCY MA He wanted to ask them what the best price out the door was going to be He hates buying new cars or any cars in general Well these people especially ANTHONY MORABITO were so accommodating to him that he said what is the best price you can give me out the door and this salesman Anthony was so nice to him he knew so much about the car it was the best experience I’ve had buying a car We got home from Florida after a week. They held the car for me which was awesome. We went up a week later to pick up the car which took us two hours up and two hours back Let me tell you it was so worth the drive They had this kid working there showed me exactly how to use everything in the car before I left that dealership. It was amazing. I’ve never had anybody do that. They were above and beyond the nicest people I have ever dealt with anywhere so I am so happy. My car is beautiful on my truck I should say and I will give them five stars maybe even six or seven because they want above and beyond for me. Keep up the good work you guys that’s where I will look if I ever need a car Again thank you so so much. It made me very, very happy. To so business with you Theresa H

Worst dealership experience I have ever had, if I could give this place a zero I would. Tried buying a truck out of state, dealer refused and wanted me to make TWO separate 3 hours trips because it would just be "easier" and "we can't". Is that customer service? Mass state law allows them to do so, laziness and incompetence overrules at Quirk. Multiple stories they can do it but they'll charge me a runner fee, then they couldn't do it. How about giving a xxxx and trying to be a good salesmen. Even after that, I still wanted the truck and I said okay ill do it. 24 hours BEFORE THE SALE , Peter Donadio says "OH, you're not using ford financing? We're going to have to take that $2500 discount back from you and add it back to the price of the truck" Ford financing was 7.9%!! Not once was that ever mentioned or discussed. 5 minutes later after I lost it on them, they gave the $2500 discount again. Peter blamed it on him only being employed at Ford for "two months" and there was "miscommunication." They give and take discounts and rebates from you like a child and have no respect or integrity for the customer their "serving." 800 credit score the best APR they gave me is 7%? Absolute joke between Peter Donadio and Rich Breen no communication between either of them and they're blind they lost a sale over greed and classic toxic salesmen tactics. I went elsewhere, not only did they give me over 8k discount on a super duty almost identical, I got a 4.84% APR. Do you're do diligence before selling your soul to Quirk over a vehicle, it isn't worth it. They have 147 super duties on their lot, and it makes sense now why. They could have sold one truck but it looks like they'll be cleaning snow off of it all winter. I would never ever recommend anyone walk into this dealership unless you want to play a game of chess.

I highly recommend not to buy from Quirk especially dealing with Chris the manager. I started off through text working deal twice he changed the deal on me. So I decided drive 2 hrs to see if we can work deal not sure y after being lied to twice but that truck was limited. I went in there I agreed to a price and 10 minutes later he changed deal again by 1000.00 after I left he call me back said he would do deal but I was heated for Waisting my time. Week later after looking around not finding wat I wanted I messaged him saying after crappie service I would still do deal they said not interested. I would not recommend buying from them

I called Quirk Ford today, I had sent a spare navigator to a friend in Hull, her car was broken so I gave her one. Her mom has doctor's appointments she has to go to. I called service and wanted to know two things does this vehicle have a NO-DRIVE recall because of the air bags from Takatia Japan. Secondly I may have bad fuel in gas tank. First Question, did you buy it from here answer no in Indiana. Well we work on own sales. Secondly we don't work on cars unless newer then 10 years. Being Ford Franchise you would think they would have to work on any FORD. If my car was on recall list , it would be parked at their lot and a rental would be paid for by FORD.I will never ever even think of buying anything from this dealership. I plan on getting hold of Ford Dearborn HQ and explaining how this franchise operates. Unfortunately, I called my local dealer in Indiana and they said bring it down unfortunately, the car is in Quincy. I am in Quincy frequently and eat out at many clubs and will make a point to my clientele how not to operate a business.

I recently bought a 2023 F-250 at quirk ford. The online process was straightforward. I was able to review all the paper work and agreements online without concern. I came to pick the vehicle up on a Saturday with the plan to have the vehicle registered and ready for pickup. This was after completing all necessary steps and communications with the sales team. Unfortunately the registration was not complete, however after talking with the sales team a resolution was figured out and the vehicle was delivered to me so I could accept the vehicle same day. Despite this happening the sales team, specifically the sales manager, reacted professionally and resolute which was appreciated.
