Disclaimer: I did not buy/lease a vehicle from Quirk Ford. Here is my experience with Quirk Ford during my search process for a new Ford SUV. Day 1:... I reached out online for a lease quote. Quirk’s internet sales “Jay” responded me with a very competitive price. Day 2: I visited the shop and met sales manager “Bobby”. His number is nowhere close to “Jay’s. I left the dealership with the impression that I might confuse “Jay” with another dealer or I couldn’t explain why two individuals from the same shop gave so different #s. Day 2: I went home to check my emails. “Jay” indeed is from Quirk Ford. I however decided not to move forward because I trusted in person #. Day 7: A few days later I received a promotional email from Quirk - end of summer sales. I figured it wouldn’t hurt to make another call. I connected with sale manager “Anton” and we walked through the identical deal that I did with previous two individuals. I ended up with a price nearly equal to “Jay” initial quote. Day 8: I decided to visit the shop again but just before heading out I called in and got “Bobby” on the phone. I went through the process with him and was gave another #. I mentioned “Anton” conversation but it wouldn’t change anything. I was so glad I called or I waste another trip. To be fair my research shows Quirk has a sizeable inventory and is convenient located in south shore area, accessible via 93 south. But if you ever need deal with them, keep all your record in the back pocket when come in. I had no problem with the other dealer I completed my purchase with, very consistent online and offline communication, maybe less competitive in price but I rest at ease.
They refused to service my 2018 Mustang under the 3 year 36k miles bumper to bumper warranty because I purchased it from Carvana, then claim that the couldn’t... give me an appointment for service because they are taking no new customers at this time when I pressed the issue. The staff are very pleasant, but the service manager is a (Expletive)...
Started my Car shopping online, like most people nowadays. Got an email from a rep at Quirk Ford, Tusani. Shortly after he calls with details about the... Ford F150 my wife and I selected. To my surprise he said, the vehicle is still available and I can also find you additional savings! Additional savings? I was able to get a better price with my service ID. Right on! I will recommend Tusani at Quirk Ford for the best deals on Fords! Thanks again T, keep up the good work.
I had purchased a brand new car from Quirk Ford in Quincy in May of 2019. After being grossly mistreated and a horror show of an experience with this dealership.... I had left a seething review on their website after my car had been in their possession for 12 or 13 days within my first 30 days of owning it. They had it from June10th through the 19th and again June 24th to June 28th. Completely offensive sales staff, and was given a car with 30 more miles on it that what I signed the title for, with no good explanation of why. After my second severe Water strip leak repair, the service manager, John said "what do you want to do to this car?". I said " I would like the windows tinted." He said to me while we shared a cigarette outside, "If you're willing to flip that review, they will agree to get these windows tinted. Let me handle it." He said he spoke with the autobody guy who does that particular work and told me to bring it in on the "8th or 9th". I told him I need a date, he said the 8th. We went int o great detail about what type of tint I want. I came in on the 8th and with Cindy standing right there, looking at me. I told him I never got a call to confirm and he hushed me outside and said he had "been out sick last week"... After talks with Ford corporate, I was told he was "out on vacation". He called me later in that asking ME to price out window tinting and that "he had an idea". It turns out that that Sales Manager had no authority to offer me that service for my trouble of being so dissatisfied. The Sales Manager Chris, told me last Friday that he no permission to do that and there's nothing they will offer me for this horrible experience, including THE SERVICE THEY OFFERED TO ME TO FLIP MY REVIEW. Now, this guy has been "out" all week and has not returned my calls. SHADY!
I was just looking around and wasn't planning to buy. However, Tusani , an honest sales agent helped me out and it turns out that I was able to purchase... the vehicle at a with a College Student discount. Look for Tusani if you plan on trading in your vehicle with a College Student discount on top of it.
I had the pleasure of working with Hunter Phillips – Sales Consultant, Shawn Cotton – Finance Coordinator, and Robert Wilhelm – Sales Manager. Each of... these gentlemen was great from beginning to end. Hunter answered all of my questions and was very easy to work with, Shawn was extremely pleasant and did an excellent job of explaining everything in regards to finance, and Robert provided VIP treatment from start to finish. I shopped around at numerous Ford dealerships before finally buying from Quirk Ford. Quirk offered me the best price by far on a new Platinum Ford Explorer and offered me the best trade-in value by far on my previous vehicle. They were also willing to work with me on accommodating all of the extra options that I wanted installed in my vehicle before taking delivery. I could not be happier with the service that I received from Quirk Ford. Next time I am in the market for a new vehicle, I’ll just start here and avoid all the runaround that the other dealerships give.
I love my truck I buy from Quirk Ford in Quincy. we came back to see Tusani and buy another Certified Preowned. they give great deals here.
