My Dad was looking for something to replace his 2001...

My Dad was looking for something to replace his 2001 mustang he really wanted a ford escape we looked around shopped through the papers , checked out a couple of other dealers who's salesmen seemed less and intrested to work with us i wanted him to have something he liked and he would be happy with for years to come we ended up at quirk ford i had bought a truck from them before and i remember the experience was friendly we looked at a pickup but my dad wasn't happy with the color chris baron approached us we explained to him what we wanted with dad being retired he was on fixed income i asked chris what he had for used escapes chris took us over to what he had my dad saw one he really liked chris told us if that's what you want lets go get it done he worked with us on price and also on dads trade in, within a couple of hours dad and i were driving home in his 2010 escape chris was awesome in making sure we were happy and getting dad a payment he could afford with out worry. thank you to chris baron and the team at quirk they made the experience of car shopping enjoyable and relaxing. I haven't seen my dad this happy in a long time. i highy recommend quirk ford if your looking for a new truck or car.

Bob Kulch was my salesperson. He was very helpful with...

Bob Kulch was my salesperson. He was very helpful with the whole process. I couldn't make up my mind on which truck I was going to buy. Bob let me drive each one and let me take my time. I asked questions, took the trucks out a second time for a drive, spent time on the phone talking with friends about the trucks, and the whole time Bob was available to help me out. I was very happy with the truck I bought. Bob was great to work with and I was happy with the final cost. When it's time for a trade in I'll be back looking for Bob to help me out.

I WENT TO THE DEALER JUST TO LOOK AT A CAR ENDED UP BUYING A CAR ON THE SPOT. THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY FRIENDLY,WE GOT HELP WRIGHT AWAY. THE SALES PERSON WE WORKED WITH JOHN DE SANTIS, KNOWS HIS JOB WELL, KNOW THE PRODUCT WELL, WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE ME WITH THE CAR I WANTED, AND WAS ABLE TO TEST DRIVE THE EXACT CAR THAT I WANTED. I WOULD RATE HIM AS UN EXCELLENT SALES PERSON. HE WAS VERY PATIENT, VERY PROFESSIONAL, JUST A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU AGAIN, I'M LOVING MY FORD EDGE LIMITED.

I bought a car 2 weeks ago at quirk Mazda and was completely impressed, my husband was in the market for a new ford and we decided to go with quirk again. They went above and beyond! The salesman (chris) was great we drove 3 different cars and he let us take our time to make a decision. When it came time to do paperwork we dealt with daron and he explained everything completely. They also gave us 2500 more for our trade in then the other dealer he had already visited. From now on Quirk is the only dealership that will be getting our business!

I WALKED INTO QUIRK FORD TO LOOK AT THE ESCAPES. ANTOINE APPROACHED ME AND ASKED IF I NEEDED ANY HELP. I THEN TOLD HIM WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. HE TOLD ME THE INFORMATION ON THE VEHICLE. I TEST DROVE THE ESCAPE AND LOVED IT. THERE WAS ONLY ONE PROBLEM, I COULDN'T AFFORD THE PAYMENTS. ANTOINE HAD ASKED WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR MY OTHER CAR AND I TOLD HIM. HE SAID WELL WHAT IF I CAN GET YOU AROUND THE SAME PAYMENTS PER MONTH. THEY PAID OFF MY CAR AND I GOT THE MONTHLY PAYMENTS I WANTED. ANTIONE WAS GREAT! HE LISTENED TO ALL OF MY WANTS, NEEDS, AND DELIVERED! HE TOOK CARE OF ME UNTIL THE VERY LAST STEP. THANK YOU AGAIN QUIRK FORD AND ESPECIALLY ANTOINE JAMISON FOR GETTING ME INTO THE CAR OF MY DREAMS!

John is a highly professional salesperson. He is...

John is a highly professional salesperson. He is courteous and took his time to show us what cars were available. He's very good with customers relations and knew the cars. He listen to what we wanted and took the time to understand our needs. We purchased our car from him because of his attention to details. When we picked up our Ford Escape, he took the time to show us the controls and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend him and quirk as an outstanding organization to deal with.

I arrived at Ford to terminate my leaase. I had the pleasure of working with John DeSantis. He was very professional, articulate, personable, and knowledgable. He was extremely helpful. He will go out of his way to help you and do the best of his ability to meet your needs. When going to Quirk Ford, I expected nothing but the best and nothing less of quality customer service, and I received that with John DeSantis. I would recommend him to anybody.

THE BUYING PROCESS WAS VERY SMOOTH . I DID RUN INTO A PROBLEM WITH MY KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM AFTER THE OUTSIDE COMPANY THAT THE DEALERSHIP USES TO INSTALL AN AUTOSTART WORKED ON MY VEHICLE BUT BOTH BOBBY AND LES MADE THE EFFORT TO SEE THAT MY CONCERNS WERE ADDRESSED PROMPTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. I WAS ALSO SURPRISED TO SEE THAT THE QUIRK FORD WEB SITE WAS ONE OF THE FEW THAT WHEN YOU CLICKED ON INTERNET PRICING FOR IN STOCK VEHICLES ACTUALLY GAVE A PRICE INSTEAD OF REDIRECTING YOU TO A SALES CONTACT LINE AS MOST OTHER SITES DID.
