Will never use them again.
Will never use them again. Dianne was particularly bad. Never returned calls when promised, causing me to have to rent a car because though she kept telling me that she will find out where they were with exploring the car issues, I had no answer by 4:30 even though I brought the car in for my appointment at 8:30.

Aidan at the service desk was so helpful so professional and everyone in the Braintree service department were very friendly . The people are friendly, the service was fast.
The people are friendly, the service was fast. New ball joints in the explorer went quicker than I was originally told it would. They notified me right in the beginning of the outstanding recall (ball joints) and said they could do it. This and all I was in for was an oil change. Exceptional service right there…. Place is clean, right down to the bathroom.
