I brought my Escape there for a noise in the back end.

I brought my Escape there for a noise in the back end. After a few visits and lots of money spent, the noise was not fixed. Soon I stopped going there, but one of my visits they put my back seats down to have someone listen for the noise and when they put the seat back up they damaged the seat buckle and did not replace saying it was still usable. I spent a few thousand dollars and still have the noise and a broken seat belt.

I brought my 2020 F150 to herb chambers ford Braintree.

I brought my 2020 F150 to herb chambers ford Braintree. On second visit back for burning oil. They diagnosed my engine that it need to be replaced. They covered fill cost of rental. I would highly recommend them

Bob was so wonderful to work with.

Bob was so wonderful to work with. He made the process of buying my car so easy and stress free. He made sure I was comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. Michael in the Finance department was also great. He worked hard to get me the best deal. I highly recommend Herb Chambers Ford of Braintree, and especially Bobby and Michael! Thank you
