Bad in communication, services bad and unprofessional, they replaced my rear camera with a cheap one.

So we had a trip home planned from Raynham MA to Brooklyn

So we had a trip home planned from Raynham MA to Brooklyn NY on a Friday evening when the 4WD Actuator failed on our 2007 F 150 which means that it would be stuck in 4 wheel drive so we couldn't go home. We got a hotel as it was already late and called Herb Chambers Ford Braintree Saturday AM 1st thing and spoke to the GM Scott Lewis who put us in touch with Drew Bailey in Service who said he would take us in immediately, however he was not sure they had a Actuator for a 2007 in stock and getting one, on a Saturday may be difficult. Enter Dan O'Leary the Part and Service Manager who said that he did not have one in stock but said he would do a search and would call us back. It was not 15 minutes later when he said he found one and to drive there which we did. Drew greeted us warmly and we were on our way home in 1 hour. Scott, Drew and Dan saved our weekend and we could not thank them enough!
