We corresponded by both e mail and telephone prior to...

We corresponded by both e mail and telephone prior to driving to Braintree. We had already driven over 120 miles to and from the Westborough Dealership; had an unpleasant experience-did not want to waste another trip. We were assured by the several phone discussions that they wanted to work with us. The shortest version: This Braintree Herb Chambers Ford was much worse than Westborough! The salesmen were extremely pushy and did not even TRY to make a reasonable deal. Quite frankly; we were insulted. We won't try to explain the ludicrous 'solution' they proposed. We are now the proud owners of a New; 2012 Hyundai Sante Fe ( Perhaps; Thanks to the terrible experiences at both Ford Dealers )

First of all, I never thought I would buy a Ford vehicle....

First of all, I never thought I would buy a Ford vehicle. I have owned 8 GM vehicles. That being said, I walked into Herb Chambers' Braintree location after my 2006 Chev Impala was tboned and totaled. I was lucky to meet Dave Pichard, my salesperson. He was friendly, upbeat, (this was important as I had a severe case of post crash anxiety), listened attentively to my buying criteria, and was patient when I test drove 5 Ford vehicles, many of them twice. There was never any pressure for me to buy. He was more concerned that I find the right vehicle and patiently explained the pros and cons of each. This was without a doubt the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. And when I decided to purchase the Ford Fusion SEL, he and his manager worked hard to find the right color for me. And the car ROCKS!!! Easy to handle, fun to drive and lots of safety features!

I was asked to come see an Edge that was coming in from...

I was asked to come see an Edge that was coming in from Westboro, I was suppose to get a price on my trade-in. The price for my trade-in was so low, Then the Manager came over to explain this. They wanted me to put money down on a car they couldn't show me. a lot of pressure for nothing. Went down street to another dealer and bought my car. John

They were very helpful. They found the car just the way I wanted. Scott Scotcos is a good salesman and very professional and pleasurable to deal with. I highly recommend this Dealership to my friends and family.

When my car died I was reluctant to have to go buy a new one. However, my feeling quickly changed after the great experience I had with Scott at Herb Chambers Ford. I'm very happy with my Fiesta !!

The company I work for buys new utility trucks every...

The company I work for buys new utility trucks every year. They had been dealing with another dealer for over 20 years. This year I had taken the purchasing of trucks on me and sincerely was a little uncomfortable since I don't know much about vehicles and especially utility trucks. After doing some research I decided to give Herb Chambers of Braintree a call. The sales person I spoke with was Scot Cox. Besides being super easy to talk to and communicative, he had a great knowledge. I told him that I absolutely had no idea what I was doing and the only thing I had was some minimum requirements that had to be met. He took his time to do research, explain everything in detail, find the best deal, and make the CEO of the company happy as we got a deal that even the other company they had been dealing with couldn't match. So with this service and price matching you bet we would go back again!

I had very great experience at Herb Chambers Ford of Braintree. Scot Cox was the one that attended me and he was great. He had a very expanded knowledge about all the cars there. Me and my husband would go back again for our next car and we would definitely recommend this dealership and especially Scot. Thank you for all the help.

Hello! My doughter and I we were looking for a car for my doughter. We needed a used one since it was my doughter's first car. We searched online for a ford dealrship around our area and Herb Chambers Ford of Braintree came up. So we headed up there as soon as we arrived Scot Cox aproched to us very kindly. He offered his help to was and finally he sure made my doughter happy by finding a great car for her.
