The salesman showed us the different models and trim

The salesman showed us the different models and trim packages available at the dealership. Once we had settled on a vehicle the negotiation process went smoothly. Interactions with the finance department went well. Afterwards, the salesman went over the vehicle functions and features of the vehicle. The process was quick and easy.

Had a scheduled appointment and was quoted a two hour

Had a scheduled appointment and was quoted a two hour stay. All work was based on recalls. The work too approximately four hours but l had a rear brake light out. They were gracious enough to replace the light for a just the cost of the lightbulb I could have done this myself but they saved me the time that would have added to the time I lost waiting for my vehicle. To me this was a professional way of taking care of their customer. Thank you Kia of Waldorf!

2022 Kia Sorento - with just over 42,000 miles.

2022 Kia Sorento - with just over 42,000 miles. Has had all regular maintenance done like clock work at each 5000 mile interval. Had a flat in the last couple of days and noticed that all 4 tires show excessive wear/feathering indicative of an alignment issue or worn suspension. Took in for the flat repair but most importantly to have all 4 tires excessive wear/feathering addressed. Was told that a "recommended" alignment had been suggested on some of the service intervals but was declined. My husband who spoke to Henry Bacon, the service manager there, confirmed it had been waived but also confirmed it had not been recommended due the alignment being out or the tires being worn as he, my husband with mechanics experience, spoke to the service tech and asked was there an issue or had the alignment been checked on the alignment equipment. So being that the service tech saw no wear and had not actually checked the aliment it was waived. There is also no recommend schedule of alignment in the owners manual but instead it based on tire wear alone. The wear on the tires probably to 10-15,000 miles to develop so that is 3-4 different routine service that the tire weren't scrutinized and/or and alignment recommendation made based off of tire wear/suspension problem. Kia refuses to help in the matter other than to write and estimate for 4 new tires and an alignment. Clearly they have dropped the ball and are failing to take responsibility. Zero attempt to address the problem or reconcile the issue. This is not good customer service. Corporate customer support was useless. A BBB claim was filed as well but that will be fruitless as Bayside Kia of Waldorf just ignores BBB claims as a company policy.

Chuck was awesome and very helpful.

Chuck was awesome and very helpful. We visited the dealership about a week before buying a car, and both times Chuck was there to help us out! The buying experience was pleasant and relaxed. The trade-in process was simple and painless. I cannot speak to competitiveness as they had the deal I was looking for, so I did not spend any time shopping around. When it is time for me to go car shopping again, I will certainly visit Kia of Waldorf first!

Wayne Martin was very easy to do deal with.

Wayne Martin was very easy to do deal with. Although we weren't able to make a deal on the first vehicle we were looking at, Wayne did find a suitable replacement and made the deal work within the numbers I had given him. The deal was completed in over 2 hours from start to finish.
