But he did tell me everything I needded to know about the Telluride. He was very knowledgable about the vehicles features and took the time to walk me through each one in 2 different models. And when I bought my wife back a few days later, he did the same with her. I love my Telluride, it is everything Dawayne said it would be. The people at this dealership were attentive and helpful. They detailed the car well. I bought the car in mid March and picked it up near the end of March (it was pre-owned. Three weeks later I still do not have my Virginia tags however and it was very unclear whether I needed to get my car inspected and have the emissions test run first, or do it after getting the tags. Otherwise I liked the car and the sales experience.

Every time I bring my SUV in for service the Kia Team have always shown great customer service. They never disappoint. Everything is explained clearly, offered a ride if needed and everyone is friendly. I like the text messages I receive informing me step by step about about my vehicle and when it is ready. I am a true believer in valued customer service goes a long way with me and have received it every time. Keep up the great work.
