Every time I go here

Tony O. is a master at his craft and always takes care of my vehicle. From oil changes to major repairs I could rely on him to give me an honest and fair repair. It I could say one thing to describe his ethic. It’s integrity!

Great service

The best service you could ever want. I have two RX 350s and have them serviced in Fife. I purchased one at the Fife dealership and the other at the Bellevue dealership. Without a doubt it is worth the drive to Fife to have my cars serviced. All the service technicians are very knowledgeable and courteous. And the waiting area is outstanding. Refreshments unlimited.

Customers are the center of Lexus of Tacoma's universe. Service, Repairs and Personnel are top of the line. There is no better dealership than Lexus of Tacoma

2019 ES350 F-Sport

Wow! I can't say enough about Joe Park and the rest of the sales and service team at Lexus of Fife! I have purchased several luxury vehicles in my life time, two form Lexus of Fife. Just when I think they can't improve any more then far exceed their last performance. This is my wife's first experiance with a luxury dealership, she can't stop telling everyone about it. Always the Best Service Department

Joe Chicoine Your review will be posted publicly on the web. Learn more Every experience with the service department has been exceptional. I have been using them since 2004 and cold not be happier. Everyone is friendly, helpful and anxious to give a great customer experience. I personally use John Majors who is fantastic but everyone else has always stepped in and been great when he was not available. I drive 200 miles each way to have my vehicle serviced here and will continue to do so. Joe

SW remedy from Lexus -Jason Hamada helped me.

Thank you Jason Hamada. Got me in and finished the work ahead of time. Clean my car and topped the gas tank as well. Excellent.

Terrible Buying Experience

This was the third visit to this dealership and we walked away not purchasing a new car for the third time. They are not willing to deal or adjust their prices to help fit your finances. We have had four Lexus’ and all were purchased at a dealership in Southern Calif. who were creative and came up with ideas on how to get you the car you wanted. Because we have plenty of experience buying from a Lexus dealer, we know what they are capable of doing to help a family get into a car. This was not our first rodeo with Lexus. This dealership comes up with a price and they don’t budge to help fit your finances. You tell them what payment you are comfortable with, and they go way above that price and they don’t come down. They use the sticker price on the window and that price never changes. They let you walk away every time. We have never walked away without a car ever from other Lexus Dealerships, but we did three times from this one. We were over on our miles, but in the past when we purchased another Lexus, those miles have always been waived. This dealership argued with us that it wasn’t true and made us feel not believed or valued as part of the Lexus family. They not only wanted to charge us for every mile over but also were charging us a disposition fee even if we bought another car from them. We ended up buying our lease but it will sadly be our last Lexus due to the way they made us feel. We would not recommend this dealership for purchasing a new Lexus to anyone unless money is no issue. It seems like that is the type of family they are looking for.

Satisfied first time Lexus buyer

My wife and I worked with Matt R to lease an RX350, he was awesome! The experience start to finish was top notch. Matt took his time to explain the details throughout the entire process, never pressured us unnecessarily and remained completely professional through the sales process. After we finalized he details, a tech professional walked us through the features of the car one by one. Great salesman, great staff, great experience.
